Positive: Affordable, Accessible because near to Railways station and Parking available. Cloths/Bedsheets were somewhat okok. Negative: No clean toiletry since there was hair in room, Broken pipes and Toilet. For drinking water only 1 litre they provided at free of cost remaining charged 40/litre. There is no free water available. AC in the room was terribly not working in proper way. I was trying to decrease temperature which was not happened. Overall 2.5/5

The staff were incredibly helpful,especially the manager and the rooms are well cleaned and bathrooms also.We'll definitely return.

I have booked a Kind Bed. Get it single bed No Water, No Bathroom cleaning,

the hotel room is not at all clean , even though I have the keys to clean they have less concern

The receptionist asked stupid questions. he asked 2500 as the room I booked was sold out already. Then why tf would they list it online?W It was already 11pm, so we had to rush to take another hotel. Very bad experience,room fully dust,no bathroom amenities and firstly they gave wrong room and i preferred flexible checkout in the makemy trip app but hotel said not possible.Moreover i booked king bed but i got firstly dual bed after i asked for kingbed thank god they gave tht..kind information for all travellers dont book this hotel and please check all information that u given before paying the amount....

not a good room no ac is available cooling we told many times that ac is not working

There is no person available to attend guests at reception we have searched for the person Also we have booked 2 rooms with a check-in request at 8 am in the morning after a long journey we have to take rest and proceed for work. but they said all rooms are full and gave only one room and gave another room around 10 by that time we have started from the hotel. No use of booking 2 rooms later by evening we reached around 6 after finishing work got freshen up and check out done so one room cost is paid without utilising it. Administration should take care of these things. Also the pillow cover and bed spread are very dirty and asked to change but at 8am person not available to attend this I won't recommend this hotel

No full bed sheets. No soap. Toilet was not clean. There was no soap in the toilet. When I asked, they told it is not available. Also, the bed sheet was not covering the total bed, They told the full bed sheet isnot available. and the toilet was not properly cleaned

all are average.. not worthy of the tariff..no equity for the deluxe category. but neat and clean.. prime location. no doubt

Overall, it's a good choice for short stays at a reasonable price.

Bed pillow and towels could be more cleaner, staffs are good. I had to change room as they first offered a room which was not fresh.

The worst stay ever. The AC is not working, the room is full of dust, not even cleaned the rooms are. The blanket and bed are continuously used for one month. Smells really bad.
