location was perfect but the room was very moist and mouldy. not a healthy place to stay

The most pathetic thing was..der was no ac in the room.Its mentioned that the room which we booked has an ac..But when we went to the hotel..the guy who helped us to chk-in said that there is no ac in the room.

The place does not support early check-in and they don't even pickup the call before check-in period. I had to book another place because of this. The worst start to a trip i could ever have

Horrible experience doors are not clean too many insects insects on bed insects in washroom unhygenic not worth it

The rooms were exact as shown in the pics. But the overall experience was really bad as we had two venomous snakes in our room fall down from the ceiling. Wet bedsheets, no blankets provided even after asking so many times, too many dogs. Not at all a good stay.

The property promised rustic. There was no hot water in bathroom. Even a blanket was not provided in the room. And the charges in off season were around 1600 for this room. Also it was no where mentioned (or at-least i didnt notice) that tree house washroom will be downstairs and not attached within. Hence i had to go for a room upgrade. The property also didnot. Provided even a single water bottle and was asked to fill water from the water can. Either u provide luxury and charge for luxury or if u provide basic then charge basic. But here charges were luxury and amenities were basic. Hence i was not very happy with my stay. However the manager did provide contacts for cab driver since i had an early airport drop.

Good vibe in the eco stay. They have really planned it well. Gives you a peaceful and serene feel. Good people and hostel inmates. Opt for the breakfast option if you can. I really enjoyed my stay. Hope the same for you.

The hotel was very nice, but food is quite costly. And very safety.

Be ready to welcome some creepy and crawly guests as it is an economic stay.

The place is really good, it is having a natural touch, they have a mud house and tree house which gives you a nice feeling.

Liked the place and the people there. The staff was good and understanding. They took good care of us and were pretty lenient at the checkout time. Liked the fact of promoting art at the property. There were a few minor issues which I hope would be highlighted by the owner during the check-in for other guests.

Location was easily reachable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect as shown in pictures. Had our breakfast and it was normal.

Loved the stay! Only problem is the mosquitoes for which they don't have proper mosquito repellents! Also soap wasn't provided. Overall a good stay

One of good theme based hotel in Goa. Concept is really amazing. Owner is very friendly. We can stay close to nature and earth. Who doesn't love a tree that to near your bed.

We planned a trip to Saraya based on the reviews but were totally wrong. We booked to stay in the mud house. The mud house was made out of recycled bottles and clay which was definitely creative but when you plan to arrange for a stay that too for the price that they are offering, at least cleanliness should be on point. We had rats, ants, centipedes and other crawling bugs and insects roaming around in the room. Believe me even soap that we kept in the bathroom was bitten by a rat. The rooms were very dusty and the mosquitoes were way beyond control. They had a mosquito net which had holes on it. The curtains on the windows were way too unclean and transparent. Apart from all these, There was no privacy and every time you go out, they come into your room for their own purpose (what so ever). When you go to their cafe to order food, they at least take an hour to bring your food and they really care less. I had nightmares sleeping in that place wondering when the rats and bugs are going to get me. After 12 the dogs keep howling and you can forget your sleep as well. No room service, no intercom service but still they tend to charge such exorbitant prices. Trust me you don’t want to experience what I did. Think before you book your stay hear. If you still want to , go ahead but not more than a day. The stay is Strictly no for families, can’t imagine going through this ordeal with kids around.

Location was good, so was the service but I was concerned about kitchen hygiene as there were cats around at night.
Room was good.

They provided us the complimentary and notable thing was fresh water with kukumber, leaves of lemon, and overall service was great. Their coordination with the customer was also nice. If you want the special and natural experience you must go with this.
The natural structure they created for an tree was simply perfect.
