the prestige villa was awesome, the stay was pleasant, people were approachable, The restaurant provided good food, kids friendly, and an amazing view of the river from the room balcony. The activity done was jungal safari, boating, indoor and outdoor activity Lastly the bullock cart ride . However it would be better to have kids temperature controlled pools. I would recommend people to visit here and experience the property

Pathetic Experience
Our stay at Sandesh Water Edge Kabini was nothing short of a nightmare. We had booked a Signature Villa, but on arrival, we were handed a completely different category of room without any explanation. To make things worse, the room itself was in horrible condition – water leakage, power fluctuation issues, and overall very poorly maintained. The staff at the reception were absolutely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Instead of offering solutions, they were dismissive and made the entire experience even more frustrating. For the price we paid, the service and facilities were shockingly below standard. This was supposed to be a special getaway, but the management ruined it with their negligence and lack of basic hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone – there are far better options in Kabini that actually care about their guests.

We recently stayed at Sandesh Water Edge in Kabini for 2 nights with our extended family, and it was nothing short of exceptional! Our group included elderly parents, my 5-year-old daughter, my brother’s family, and their 2-year-old – and the property truly catered to everyone’s needs. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property is beautifully nestled by the river, offering stunning views, calm surroundings, and a peaceful connection to nature. The architecture blends perfectly with the natural landscape, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern comforts.

Grt location with super tasty food
It was a superb experience. The food here is super. The location is really good and the staff they are very courteous And very helpful. They go extra way to make this experience really good. They have a good barbeque in the evening. Also, all the activities are really good card right and also the Safari. This was my second visit here and it has been a beautiful experience.

Best of Kabini
Big rooms, excellent food and hospitality, calm and serene, cycles to explore , swimming pool with river view. Went with family and enjoyed thoroughly.

Excellent Stay
We had an excellent time at the resort. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Mr. Deviah was very courteous and was always available to help out and clear any queries. The property itself is beautiful and serene. Being right next to the water means that the views are exceptional and the mornings and nights are very cool and pleasant, even in summer! the facilities are well maintained and clean. A big shout out to the spa. All the massages offered are very very good, the staff are very good at their job and are always checking what works for you. The steam room is an added bonus and really tops off the spa experience. The food at the property is exceptionally tasty and they offer a wide variety of vegetarian options. Finally, the safari and activities offered by the resort are quite pleasant and reasonably priced. The sunset boat ride is a must do to take in and enjoy the scenery and the water. The safari experience was nice, but as we went in the morning we didn't see too much. Would recommend the afternoon safari trip instead! all in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property!

Peaceful vacation with jungle safari
coupleExcellent stay and hospitality. The property is located by the side of back waters of kabini river gives an impressive view and elegance. Staff are fantastic. Food is excellnet. Very nice place to stay peacefully.
