familyWe loved the experience here at exotica kabini. Our 8 month old thoroughly enjoyed the property. The view is beautiful and rooms are well designed. Staff is accommodating to your requests. We would definitely come back here again with our family.

Disappointing stay !

coupleTreehouse stay-vista property was nothing but a disappointment. Though the property location is breathtaking, however, service levels are below par. To begin with, room didn’t have water bottles, and tv not working, towels were dirty. Indoor games like ludo didn’t have dice in them. Customer experience manager definitely didn’t give a great experience when we tried explaining him the issues we faced in the safari arranged by property care taker (didn’t get a chance to meet him as he didn’t even visit once during our two days trip. Overall, highly disappointed and would not recommend.

It was a nice stay with few flaws. Tree house what we booked was good but pretty small. Suited only for couples. It’s a cosy stay though. Location is fabulous but don’t expect the jungle vibe yet. Swamy the supervisor for villa tried his best to fulfill all our wishes. Boon fire was great and kayaking was good too. We had few hiccups related to kids food and i wish they will take care for upcoming guests. Food was strictly average. Food was never served on time. Having toddlers with us, it was quite disappointing to keep them waiting. While you visit the place, please ensure you prepare for the lunch timing of 2-2:30 pm. It will not be served earlier. They prepare food for next guests once earlier ones checkout. We have requested to provide baby food little earlier as we will be reaching the place early and our kids usually eat lunch by 12:30 pm. Our request was not entertained as they mentioned checkin time is 2pm and you have no choice but to checkin only at 2 pm. I know they have their own theories which are valid but in a vacation i expect a little care/concern for kids. Probably it’s a new property and i wish they will improve with time.
