Good stay, nice open lawn in front pf the river, great staff and good food. They coordinated for the safari, it was seamless.

The Serai Kabini, is a perfect getaway. Located right next to the nature and wildlife reserve of Nagarhole. Property has a serene view of the river. Campus as well as the rooms are well maintained. Food is excellent. Perfect place for bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts.

We stayed at Sarah Kabini for a short getaway on Monday and Tuesday, and it was exactly the break we were hoping for. The property is excellent – peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mahesh & Satish at the front desk for making check-in and our overall stay smooth and welcoming. The highlight of the trip was definitely the massage at Oma Spa by Satish – truly relaxing and rejuvenating. At Wildgrass restaurant, Mr. Prabhakar and his team, including Sidharaju and Raju, ensured that every meal was a great experience. The food was consistently delicious, with attentive service throughout. Also shoutout to Krishna for the beautiful kayaking experience, and to Laxman and his housekeeping team for always keeping our room clean and tidy, and smelling fresh! If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be around the coffee – I personally prefer a stronger filter coffee flavor. I did share this with Mr. Prabhakar, and he was very receptive and assured me he would look into it. Overall, this was a wonderful stay where we got exactly what we came for – relaxation and recharging. We would definitely love to return with our family once the monsoons are over, especially to experience the safari during summer when the chances of spotting wildlife, hopefully even a tiger, are higher.

Property’s food is very mediocre, location is awesome, and facilities are just about bearable, nothing much to recommend about. Rooms are cramped. Little over priced overall. Staff are good. Management seems to upsell some services available to customers.

Stay was super good and food was delicious. For all types of room they have used similar room however rooms are different. This might be misleading to few, suggest you to improve this.

Our recent stay at The Serai Kabini was truly memorable. The serene location and beautiful surroundings were matched by their exceptional hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their cordial nature and genuine care made our experience truly special. Great location near the river with access to the river for boating. Good food. Superb hospitality. The approach road to the resort is terrible.

The accommodation was excellent. Location was great, on the side of the kabini river. Food was great. Overall great experience that we would definitely visit again.

The location was beautiful, and staff em were extremely helpful! Definitely come to visit, for a clam and peaceful holiday. The spa is a must visit as well!

Our stay at The Serai, Kabini was nothing short of magical. Waking up to the gentle view of the Kabini River right from our room was the most peaceful start to each day. The ambience was calm, secluded, and incredibly rejuvenating—perfect for reconnecting with nature and ourselves. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and the team was always smiling, courteous, and ready to cater to every need. We felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a quiet retreat in the lap of nature with a touch of luxury.

Beautiful property but poorly managed. Food is below average. Staff in all sections needs to be trained properly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort, perfectly nestled near the Safari point. We opted for the riverfront villa, which exceeded our expectations. The villa offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The resort's campus is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with an incredible variety of species, including the Asian Paradise Flycatcher and Indian Golden Oriole. The food was delicious, with a impressive breakfast spread. But they didn't have buffet for lunch and dinner. However, they did provide complementary salads, papad , special sweet and juice along with A la carte. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this resort is a nature lover's paradise. We highly recommend it.

The staff is very courteous and property is well maintained. The serene views are quite relaxing. Enjoyed our stay :)
