The property is centrally located. Just 300 m from Nehru Park metro station. Close to major attractions in Chennai City. The caretaker and owner was welcoming and the check in process was quite smooth. Highly recommend to people looking for a neat and clean budget stay in an excellent location.

overall the stay was good. value for money. the only draw back is at morning 11 am you need to check out, the cleaning boy and the lady will be at your door steps knocking the door at sharp 11 o clock in the morning asking you to vacate, and they will stand there till you vacate the premises.

It;s very complicated to find the place. They can mention that destination details with nehru park metro station will help to all. It's walk able distance from the station. We can save at least 100 to 200 rupees from auto drivers. For food, cost is high. And too long also. And the helper knows only hindi. The room is in 3rd floor, i think. They have to take care of the mattress and chair too. And the amenities are fine. The room was very clean, that's very good.
