The location is good but the entry to the property is not good. The reception and other maintenance staff are very nice, responsive and well behaved. Rooms are a bit small with little space to move around.

I visited Chennai for 5 days with my wife, son and daughter-in-law and stayed in this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, we found a number of cacroches moving freely in the room. immediately we asked for some other room free of cacroches we were given a room on the fourth floor which was decent, with a good light and balcony to sit on. The hotel location is good, rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Reception and maintenance staff are good and co-operative. There is no restaurant.

Excellent Stay
Came down to Chennai for medical treatment and we selected K11 Express Hotel. Stayed there for almost two weeks and the rooms are quite cosy and clean. Special thanks to Ajay Ram. Very helpful person

This property is located in slightly little inside of main road, so it is not easily to find out. & in my room, bathroom mixer tap handle is broken, so it is little tricky to use hot water by this broken tap. Otherwise room is good, & big enough for 3 people. AC, TV is working nice. So much near from express Evenue Mall. Staff is also good. Breakfast they provided us is, I think they bring from near shop. Because they have not any kitchen or dining hall. They give breakfast in room only.

The room has no night light and it is fine if you stay along with boys and not suggested for couples. The heater is not working and the wall inside the room is also not good

I stayed at K11 Hotel and had a very bad experience—dirty bathroom, unclean room, and rude staff. Please remove this hotel from your site and refund my money

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite, humble, and supportive throughout my stay. They made me feel very comfortable, and their hospitality was truly commendable. After I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my expensive headphones in the room. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, the staff promptly confirmed they had found them and assured me they would return them. This level of honesty and responsibility is rare and highly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and welcoming place to stay!

Well, the water and other soft drinks cost money which was an inconvenience as the hotel room was of thousands of money... The TV was of bad quality... I wish there was some sort of prepaid money taken for the soft drinks and water... And the soap and shampoo supply was sweet... And another suggestion as a kind customer, I was hoping that the hotel would be near the road but it was inconvenient and displeasing to know that it was in a small colony, so I would have been happier if the hotel board was hung outside and properly in the roadside for the beloved customer to know that this hotel exists..... And please cover the window in the bathroom, it was displeasing.... Overall it was good but could have been better 😊

The stay was good. The apartments were well-cleaned and maintained. The kitchen facilities are good. It's a good residential area, and restaurants are also available nearby.

The location of this property is almost the centre of the city but there is no there own kitchen to provide you food , you have to order through food through Swiggy ,zomato etc. Overall at this price it may be a good option.
