Room was good beat and ean but they don't change the Bedsheet ... The main problem is with the toilet facility... Water was not present in the flash bucket... This was so bad experience.

Property location is difficult to found. Rooms are not like as mentioned in pictures. Staff is just helping in nature. But all room is improper mentainance. Not good for family staying.

Although this hotel is budget-friendly and suitable for a one-day stay, its unfavorable location and less-than-clean bathroom were disappointing aspects of our experience.

Normal stay, perfect for single or 2 friends. Receptionists mumtaz was great and flexible. If you need any help just go on mumtaz. Not luxury, normal and cost efficient.

My staying experience at this hotel is good. This hotel has good staff and services are also good here.

Room not same that is showing

Badly smell i rooms. Nala just in 2m away. No proper toilet, no hot water, all broken toilet flashes. I not recommended for family stay.

Good experience. Good behaviour specialy mumtaj his behaviour is very good. A special request you to please clean the room daily and call help facility. Today i am going to visit this hotel again so friends wait for my 2nd review

The place is very budget friendly in a place like sector iii, salt lake, kolkata. Stay was good and comfortable. Just one thing to add : it's difficult to find the hotel as there is no proper mention of the hotel name or any board outside the building.

No lift and rooms are on 4th floor, hence guests have to have strong knees and healthy hearts. Room walls are filthy, not painted for ages. Everything else is good enough.

There was no name board of guest house. It's really hard to find the location. Property owner doesn't pick up the phone to assist. No hot water in my room. If i need it, i have to get the immersion water heater to put it in bucket. Not helpful atmosphere. Nobody is there to fulfill our basic requirements like drinking water.

It is located in good location, it is above honda service centre and in canal road.
