So the whole place was good, the food was good, the only thing was the pool it was very small in the terms of length, and the main thing was the host was friendly and even the stay were good with us. Overall review can say that it was a good stay, and absolutely worth the price or the amount we have paid

Title: Horrible Stay – Filthy, Unsafe, and a Complete Rip-Off! I recently stayed at this property, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered, there was a horrible odor throughout the place. It only got worse when I found a dead rat in the sink and a huge live rat running around the kitchen—absolutely disgusting and unhygienic! The furniture was broken, making the place look rundown and unsafe. The bed mattress was of such poor quality that I woke up every day with a terrible backache. Clearly, the property owner has no concern for guest comfort. To make matters worse, the management/owner was only interested in making money rather than addressing the issues. When I complained, they only offered "better" options if I paid an additional ₹2,000–₹4,000 per day—basically extorting guests instead of resolving problems. Adding to the frustration, was completely unhelpful. I spent over three hours on calls with their customer support, yet they closed my complaint without any resolution. The property blamed, and blamed the property—leaving me stuck in a nightmare stay with no accountability from either side. Avoid this place at all costs. It's filthy, mismanaged, and a total scam. I wouldn't stay here again even for free!

Very good and clean place with 24x7 assistance. Kitchen has all the necessary equipments and overall Villa is very spacious. Swimming pool experience is awesome and overall it was a very good experience.

Awesome villa, we spent 5 days, no problem of any facilities, everything was in place and clean. Service staff was really helpful and available all the time.
