Excellent Stay
We had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at the property over the weekend. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. We were lucky enough to spot some wildlife up close, including a Malabar flying squirrel and a bison, which was a real highlight. We were also told that there was an elephant close by in the property, but missed it. We had a long trek to a waterfall within the property, guided by the sweetest 3 dogs that live there. The staff was courteous and hands-on and the food was excellent. The place was easy to locate via Google maps, and from there on it’s a 30 min drive to Kodaikanal town/lake. Truly a perfect escape with every convenience.

Good Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this serene property tucked away in a coffee estate. It’s private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with family, friends, or even working remotely. The staff are warm, the food is good, and the natural surroundings are stunning. Though it's a 43-minute drive to Kodaikanal Lake, you'll hardly want to leave once you're here. However, for a premium property, a few things could be better. While pet-friendly, there were too many dogs around—often on the couches, leaving behind fur and dirt. Pet-friendliness should be optional. Wi-Fi is unstable and only works in the living area. Voltage fluctuations made fans and some amenities unusable. Maintenance work was also being done during our stay, which should ideally be scheduled when the property isn’t booked. Lastly, the staff could benefit from training to better understand guest expectations at this price point. Overall, it’s a hidden gem with lots of potential—just needs a bit more polish to match its promise.

one of the best stay experiences with my family
Booked it to spend my birthday in a great location, seeing photos on mmt I already had great expectations and the actual estate even surpassed that. Staffs were cooperative, their pet dogs were cherry on the top 😍and the view from the estate was another level. All of us enjoyed to our hearts content. The only issue is to locate the estate and the roads to come up here; going back and forth to Kodaikanal can be a little difficult.

Guest allowing to property while we staying. Its drawback. 2. I do not want discount. Other peoples enter in the property. That's only issue

Flush doesn’t work in washrooms
Flush doesn’t works in washroom and staff are unhygienic, they allow dogs inside kitchen and they hold dogs and without washing hands they busy with cooking

Excellent location, peaceful ambience in the midst of nature
Location is beautiful, peaceful, in the midst of nature, with birds chirping all day. It's a small 3 bhk dated old villa, with care takers 2-3 people already residing to take care of kitchen and cleanliness. Only concern sometimes is privacy, as caretakers around throughout the day. Othervise great location, great ambiance, great simple home made food, value for money!

This is one of the best places to visit close to the nature and a wonderful trekking experience guided by join the host and the home cooked food was too good to miss
