Below Average Stay, didn't like the place
Don't fall for the photos, these must be when the property was new. Every room had one or the other problem- leaking floor, falling plaster from walls, leaking taps etc. Unethical behavior, they asked for security deposit for any food order, damage to property etc which is very weird and nowhere mentioned in the policies during booking. Only good thing is caretaker Deepali who was very patient, served us well. But couldn't help with the bad experience.

Great place for a staycation
Neat and clean, the owner was accommodating and warm. The villa was easy to locate and was as described in pictures. Will come again.

We had an amazing time at this villa. The facilities are excellent, and the staff were very helpful. It's the perfect blend of luxury and charm. The villa location is perfect highly recommend.

Villa is good but they need to take of everything i was injured during swimming there is cut plastic in it

Excellent Stay
i recently booked a 4bhk premium property in lonavala through makemytrip, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. the property exceeded our expectations in every way. it had all the luxury amenities one could ask for—a snooker table, jacuzzi, and the cherry on top, a private pool! the care and service provided were impeccable, thanks to the wonderful caretakers, deepali and sarika tai. they ensured our stay was comfortable and catered to our every need with a warm smile. the owner, mr. sarfaraz samani, was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. i highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. makemytrip made the booking process smooth and hassle-free, and this property in lonavala is definitely one i would visit again.

Excellent Stay
S2 premium villa in lonavala was a fantastic experience. The 4bhk villa was beautifully maintained, featuring a snooker table, a pristine pool, and a luxurious bathtub. The food was superb, and the caretaker was incredibly polite and attentive. With the market just 1 km away and zomato delivery available, everything was very convenient. Highly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Average Stay
The house was decent (not really worth the amount charged) but it had some issues which were not resolved during our stay. The very first one was the tv was not working and the owner enacted that he didn't know about it but clearly it was not working for a couple of days and he kept claiming it stopped working just now. We all were sitting in the hall playing music on our phone. Secondly the ro was not working and you can hear a clear beep and red warning but no one looked into it, luckily we bought our own water. The pool was clean and the caretaker was good. The owner was active and communicating but honestly this property only survives because of reviews and flashy pics, most of them don't depict the real condition of the house. Hence its a one time stay. Overall a decent stay.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your review towards the stay in our villa. The TV has actually spoiled the day you arrived. Otherwise it was working fine And you also updated in the night.Around 9 p m where I was helpless as this is a hill station and nothing is available in the night time as it was raining too heavily and i had send a replacement tv same time .But the stand was different wasn't matching so we couldn't mount the replace TV. Tried our level best Anyways , we have replaced the Tv AND NOW ITS WORKING And we have never mentioned that we have a RO (Aqugaurd ) In the villa guest normally get their own 20 LT of BISLERRY or they tell the caretaker to get the bottle, but we had given you a complimentary litres of bislary bottle which we didn't charge you. We hoping you to Come back again and stay with us with Your friends and family AND alow us to give you a better satisfaction

Good Stay
familyProperty is in peaceful place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool was also clean. Caretakers are also good, co-operative people. Food was also good. Nice place to be with family and friends. Children enjoyed the play area. They also have a pool table on the terrace.

Good Stay
We booked this property on the same day of our travel and we were not disappointed by our decision. The bunglow is situated in a gated community which is quite and relaxed. The property is spacious and good for all type of traveller's. Rooms are spacious and clean. Even the pool was nicely maintained. Caretaker was attentive he made sure to help us with all our request. So i can definitely recommend this propert to all.
