location is good. service is not upto standard

Hotel building is huge,but as soon as you enter the room it smells damp, lobby floor is not clean.,staff is too dull,flush,AC does not work properly.Food is average, Breakfast is below average.Tea packets are kept open in room.stale food outside the room was there for 24 hours.

Service - 3/10 (called 3 times just for toilet paper and didn't get one even while checkout time, provided tap water as complimentary) Cleaning - 6/10 (stains on bedsheet and pillow, dust on desks, still using soap and shampoo pouch, no moisturiser, no hair comb, etc) Food taste - 4/10 (asked specifically for non spicy food, but you get full spicy, limited items in buffet breakfast where parantha are cold, sambhar was sweet, curd not upto mark) Location - 8/10 (only thing I found Good)

no landline working.no wifi working,poor managment,no person came go drop luggage 30 min advance notice.hygine condition was also poor .will not prefer next time or will not recommed tl anyone

Hotel is just on the main highway need not to go anywhere . Food was good and service and staff was also nice. Arun took care of us during our stay.

Extremely disappointing stay. The washroom was dirty, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation—old fittings, cracked knobs, and patched-up plastic everywhere made it feel unhygienic. Despite the nice photos online, the room in reality was shabby and unimpressive. Room doors meant to be automatic were manually fixed without any proper finish. The restaurant smelled bad and the food was equally poor. Also, for anyone travelling from Chandigarh, avoid choosing Zirakpur as a stay option. Cabs often charge extra without clear reasons, and though Zirakpur looks close on the map, it is not actually near Chandigarh Airport. I could only stay for one night—it was that bad. One-star rating from my end.

No Wifi, Non controllable Ac, Poor bathroom, Very bad experience

very very bad experience and they don't bother about clients. don't dare go there. they are irresponsible. even the fan's condition was pathetic.

Toilets are not clean flushes dont work and toilets are blocked room curtains cant even stop the daylight

Everything was mostly fine but there were no napkins in the room and there was no response on the landline service numbers. I had to call the reception from my own cell phone to connect. The stay was decent but for the money I paid it could have been way better than that. Have gotten better service in a 1200/- room and here I paid almost 2000/-. The size of the rooms is big though. Thats a plus.

It was nice and comfortable stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Park, Zirakpur, and my experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food quality was amazing — both in taste and presentation. Room service was quick, and the housekeeping team kept everything perfectly maintained. Location-wise, the hotel is easily accessible and ideal for both business and leisure stays. Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would highly recommend Royal Park Resort to anyone visiting Zirakpur.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I don't like the food over here And there is some smell in the hotel. No goodfull useful thinks was there Like local colgate was there cheap shampoo was there. All over I was just there only bcz I have prepaid the payment. I'll not recommend to anyone
