Review Of La Casca Experience

We booked a room for the special pool. First the hotel owner said that there is an evening party and we cannot use the pool. After that he said that we can use it till 8 o'clock. We are not in school. Do they have so many restrictions? One knows how to enjoy, to feel free and not to live under any restrictions.

fully independent and amenities like swimming pool etc are center of attraction. staff is fully cooperative. if you need something call reception and they will definitely arrange. food is average. room freshner should be available for every room. otherwise overall good experience boy named avnesh is very helpful. must visit.

Poor service to talk nonsense

property is new , location is also good , food is ok. but break fast timing is bit late ( 9 AM ) . ROOMS don't have any window,fully closed . pool maintained well . restaurant decorated well to held kitty parties. suitable for families and fun lovers.

Too overpriced as compared to facility and service in hotel. Service and facility is acceptable at half of the price but not at price I don’t know why 4 star shown on make my trip website. Positives are less than negatives. Some of the negative points are: 1. Hotel is new and staff are not adequate enough and available staff don’t have the training. 2. ⁠Room is small but furnished well. 3. ⁠bathroom is very basic and looks like govt building white tiled one. In name of toiletries, 1 body wash and 1 moisturiser are available. Even no hand wash is available 4. ⁠Intercom mostly does not work, we have to go to reception to give orders. 5. ⁠wi fi does not work at all. TV is available but it works on wi fi only 6. ⁠fridge is available inside room but it has bad strong ador to keep anything inside 7. ⁠basic etiquette are not being followed. Other rooms’s occupants are drinking by opening room door and very loud even in midnight. It is a concern and disturbance for family booking 8. ⁠food delivery is so slow and missed items. Only one person is delivering in all rooms. I got breakfast after around 80 min of orders which result into my 1 hour late departure . 9. ⁠in my price, breakfast was included. But most items of menu are not avialable. Staff Even denied simple item like poha and bread butter toast etc. Some of the positive points are: 1. Hotel location is good and near to main road. Road in front of hotel is broad 2. ⁠hotel has more than ample parking facility 3. ⁠hotel management is willing to take feedback and I hoped that things will be improved with time and experiance . 4. ⁠hotel has small pool.
