Very comfortable and pleasurale stay!

Visited for a short weekend trip

Went for the weekend. Nice property.

Good food. Prompt service. Peaceful

It's definitely a great tent stay and good rooms however location is not great and bad roads away from mahabaleshwar actually in panchagni. We arrived at 4 pm and yet we were told the room is not ready and were made to wait for an hour until we got the room so that was a very bad factor especially after a tiring journey of travel.

The hotel staff was pretty courteous and helpful. The location is serene and the ambiance is amazing. There’s a lot to explore nearby. The tents. They’re amazing. Very well maintained and thoughtfully constructed. The only complaint would be the lack of boards/signs for directions to the resort and the fact that we saw one of the staffs hurling trash beyond the resort perimeter. That aside, overall a wonderful experience. Will 100 percent recommend. And will definitely visit again.

Wonderful. A perfect place for holiday in heart of nature

Me with my wife and 10 month old child visited on 16th and 17th dec20. When we reach there, we came to know that there is marriage function and most of the facilities which we saw when we booked this place are not available due to function for ex. Swimming pool was closed due to function arrengemens. Swimming pool was one of the main reason we booked this place, also it was mentioned that there will be bonfire but same like pool not available. Worst part is when we went to restaurant for complimentary breakfast which was part of our package they told us that it is closed due to that function arrangements and we were forced to eat breakfast in our room. Resort management or mm t should have informed earlier that which all services will not be available. Since we are paying for those services while booking and then at the resort it was told that they are not available. It's kind of a taking advantage of someone's pre-planned prepaid bookings.

The stay was excellent. It was a wonderful property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities or services. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The caretaker was very attentive and helpful. I must recommend this property to others.

It is a great place with great ambience and great food quality.

Services and hospitality were up to the mark. Staff behavior was very nice. But the tents were very close to each other and they should also maintain a nameplate so that it could be easy to navigate. Otherwise, everything was completely alright, food quality was also very nice. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.

It was great experience of staying in Luxury Tent. Tent is nice and clean. Staff is cooperative. Enjoyed the rain sound whole night. Just we missed the Bath tube.

Beautiful tent as shown in the picture, tents are clean and cosy, must visit during winter or rain. Services are good and quick. Worth the money.

To describe. The stay was good along with ambiance. Hospitality was good. Food of restaurant was delicious However they didn't have our info for the stay so they kept asking us the checkout day for the second day where we were supposed to stay. The AC coil was smelling like burning so we had to resist it.
