The receptionist asked me to pay extra money only because the doormat was dirty , receptionist never at the reception, always somewhere else, need to call him on his personal mobile number to call him

very friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, good privacy, conditions of the bathroom can be improved, good options to order food and blinkit

Hotel locations are very correct, and hotel room rent are also very good... everything is good 👍

The hotel is ok. Rooms are a bit small and had cracks in walls, bed was squeaky there was broken tiles in washroom

Good for short business trips when you don’t need to stay in the hotel for long. Staff are helpful and rooms are clean. But there’s no window, so it may feel suffocating at times.

Hotel’s location is very convenient close to the metro and three major shopping areas mg road church street n commercial street. Excellent service especially Soumya at the reception who went out her way to make my stay pleasant. Close to all many food joints. Neat and clean though but rundown

Hotel is located just near the bus stop. No problem in transportation. Rooms are clean and staffs behaviour is good. Restaurant in in the ground floor and also adjacent to the hotel.

I stayed here for one night. Rooms are near and clean, amenities are also good. They provided complementary water bottle. Kettle, tea/coffee set, sampoo, soap. Hot water was there in washroom room. staff are courtious and polite. thanks.

Poor hygiene and terrible service. There’s a stink in the rooms, no towels and no one at the reception most of the time. Had to wait for 30 mins just to check in.

The bed was infested with bedbugs , even after complaining the hotel authorities didn't shifted me nor they asked for a room change

the receptionist is harsh and not answering properly, also not polite. No room service and no one available at reception to answer service calls from room. I have to come down to reception to check service person and call him Multiple times for services. Receptionist collected 300 rs for check-in at 11am ,also he told that he will give bill for it. but he hasn't provided bill when check out and told bill will be sent to WhatsApp number. but no bill Sent and no response to phone calls very poor facility and service. Money minded.
