Our experience was worst ever in the life time as the room is not worth enough for this price. Some of the complaint points are mentioned. 1) Hotel room was unhygienic including the Bed, Mattress and the flooring. 2) We also experienced insets travelling in the bed and in the room, which was the worst experience. We deo not bother about the money but we are totally disappointed with the quality check of the hotel from Makemytrip. I will not recommend any Customer to stay in this hotel

Complete waste of money. Neither its enough equipped nor maintained. Understand upgradataion is difficult, but even toilets beds are not kept clean. Phone no on the voucher does not work and its different. Bed electric blanket does not work. Staff are careless, they leave windows open and room gets frozen.

I along with my family stayed for two days in this hotel recently. The positive points I experienced during our stay is that the resort is located at a calm and quite area, having good natural view of mountains and valley. The room service boys were felt to be very helping and reliable. The negative points are (1) the resort is situated away from the main market. Food is very costly and you have no option to have food from outside unless you have vehicle with you. (2) It appears that a house has been converted into Resort, so in that sense, the appeal is not up to the mark and you wont feel the thrill in spending time inside the room. Approach to the resort is not comfortable due to more no. Of steps to climb, especially during night hours as well as rainy days. Altogether, our stay was not pleasant and I would recommend others to stay near to main market area for availing better facilities. In terms of the money we paid, we felt poor value for money.

Staff of this hotel do not really bother for guests, at first instances they deny almost everything but if really forced with authority they do almost all what you want them to do.

Services were good however breakfast that was in the package was not good because we requested for breakfast without onion.

Roshan Resorts in Pahalgam is in an excellent and serene location. The view of the river and mountains from the top rooms is superb. It is in a quiet place away from the hustle of main Pahalgam road. You can hear the river Lidder flowing close by and the birds chirping. The hospitality of the staff Mr. Shehzar and team is simply superb. Only 1 glitch - the beds are a bit smaller especially if you are close to 6 feet tall. They prepare food in their kitchen which is delicious like homemade food. We strongly recommend Roshan Resorts and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

I went along with my family 8 pax in 4 rooms and we have stayed in Pahalgam for 2 nights. This hotel is far from the Pahalgam town and there are 30 plus steepy steps leads to the hotel entry. We had many issues during the stay like power breakdown, bed heater malfunctioning but everything is handled properly by the hotel staff. Mr. Sabza, who seems to be the caretaker of this hotel is an all rounder cook, receptionist, manager, plumber, electrician and he helped us in many ways. Also the hotel staff helped us to find local transport for the Pahalgam sightseeing. Food is little bit expensive on this hotel breakfast is complimentary, which we realized after final settlement. So always opt outside lunch and dinner.

It was really a awesome experience to stay at the hotel, the staff was very co-operative and ambiance was also good. Rooms were little cozy but the experience to stay is very good.

Make Mytrip.com is the most professionally managed flawless tour organizer. Deserves full marks for managing trips in Kashmir that I experienced. I would suggest that they should upgrade hotels to Khaleel Palace category. For hospitality and food Khaleel Palace un Gulmarg is the best. Royal Tours Raja is a cordial and cooperative driver. Overall MMT is a dependable tour organizer. Can be banked upon repeatedly.

Great experience and nice stay at pahalgam.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms are cramped, no arrangement for breakfast, the utensils were not clean. The hotel was under maintenance and one has to climb so many stairs to reach the reception and that too so high stairs. In breakfast, I was served Parantha without curd and it took them 2 hrs to arrange for the curd only.

Lot of improvements are required in interiors of hotel, rooms and services. Location of Hotel is good.
