Walnut Hill Resort

Location is isolated from the town, it would be good in case you want to avoid the city and traffic disturbance, rooms are small, service is good, staff is supportive and caring, Power cuts are frequent and have to stay without power for long.

The hotel is located in a remote location in the woods, around 7 km from the Pahalgam city center. All we could hear was wind blowing across the trees and occasional chirping of birds. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. We found that the breakfast was little overpriced but rest assured we had a great stay.

The location of the hotel is horrifying. It is about 12 KM away from Pahalgam market. It is away from the main road and situated in a hill way. If you in the search of a hotel away from civilisation then it is for you. There is nothing near the resort. For a need of a matchbox or a water bottle or food, you have to go 12 km by walk. Because it is not connected by any communication. If you do not have your own car, you cannot reach there also. There is no WiFi. Actually the owner has made their house as a resort and booking online. There is no current booking. No tour guides will take you there. Avoid it by all means. Using the good name of Makemytrip.

Wall Nut Hill is good hotel but it is located so far from main mkt that you have to depend on them for everything. Food is not as per punjabi style. Rooms are small although staff is cooperative. Views are excellent for morning.

Worst hotel with zero management. Waste of hard earned money. Will curse yourself for booking such a hotel. Had a really bad experience. The food served was of poor quality and the food will be provided on repeated reminder in dirty utensils. At the end of the day you will feel as if you are begging to get food.

Hotel was very beautifully made with good rooms and furniture and satellite tv facility and attached Bath and toilet. Staff was friendly and prompt. As well as the reception infact the owner Alia was managing it and looking after everything. Must visit for peace and nature lover.

A far away hotel with less facility to avoid the hotel monopoly. Hotel staff mrs Aliya use to speak very politely but rather she claims more then normal food bill. Even they don't informs the messing bill cost and claims more amount for The child and the guests often helpless because there is no any alternate option available for food. Far away from the main city. Poor food

I have stayed in many hotels in my life but this hotel is worst hotel, place where this hotel is situated so far from urban areas without human habitat, rooms are like match box (very small) no blanket no bed sheets, we paid for extra bad but nooo any extra bad no water only mineral water at extra cost kitchen was so massy unhealthy dirty. Hotel runs by a lady aliya she believed only in business not in service at the time of breakfast kachcha pakka khana, hard bread worst tea she seved, she was only busy in selling shawls, handicrafts, jewelry etc. Only one helper in hotel so think how can any one survive there. Why make my trip attach with this hotel I am very disappointed, after five day's we have trouble in aur stomach very disappointed from both hotel and make my trip
