Review Of Hayat Guest House

Rooms were very dirty service was very poor, bathroom t were very dirty, bathroom taps were leaking, water comes to the bed from any where. Staff was good and very polite.

Caretaker was superb and obliged to our requests. Room was very bad. Frequent power cuts. Main door and washroom doors were difficult to open and close. Washroom was very bad. Wasn't worth the price we paid.

Hyatt guest house is not even worth rs 500- per room per night. The matter was reported to mr author business development manager immediately on arrival at hotel, who advised to stay for a single night and the amount paid for second day would be credited to my account. He again co-firmed next day through sms that the matter has been emailed to the concerned team. We did not stay at that hotel next day as per his advice. But so far i have not received any refund. Very bad experience indeed.

The hotel was terrible as the rooms were not livable. The temperature was -5, but there was no heater. In bathroom tap water was not available, only one bucket of water provided to each room. My booking was for two days but had to check out in first morning itself and booked another hotel. The breakfast was just one kashmiri nan without any other things, which cannot be eaten. It was just worst and doesn't deserve 1 mark. It's not hotel but homestay without any facilities. I request makemytrip to refund my money back.

The guest house was simple and comfortable to stay. The owner mr. Prince was very polite and helpful. The location is easy accessible and resides inside the laripora village. It has a very good nature scene around it.

No power, no water, no heater. Always bad experience. Don’t go this month jan also. After march you can use this hotel in pahalgam because they guys are always friendly.

I haven't stayed here due to weather conditions went worst so I decided to being in Srinagar

It was quite and nice place and hospitality of a Kashmiri is always awesome
