    Horrible experience. I have booked 5 rooms@2563 for 10 pax with breakfast and got confirmation. Next day i received a call from the property saying only 3 rooms are available and agreed to refund balance amount. So we took 2 rooms in another hotel. When we checkout they refunded only 4000 against 5126 for two rooms. Added to that they have charged for breakfast as i stayed in another hotel and my friends payed it. When i asked about it they said that you should have produced the voucher for breakfast and denied refund for that. Hope mmt take necessary action.
