Review Of Hotel Mareena Regency

The room was near. Bathroom was clean. Was provided basic toiletries.... Overall very satisfied. Restaurant didn't open even at 8.30am.

The facilities were just average. The bathroom had only soap and lacked other basic amenities. Drinking water was given only when we asked for it, and we were charged. The bathing area wasn’t separated properly, so the toilet floor stayed wet all the time.

The stay was good , the bathroom requires some neatness.All over okey.The location was accurate.food,amenities&sevices where poor🙁

Bathroom condition very bad

Service staff was good location perfect and in budget it's perfect. I have not taken food so no comments on that

No bath towel or soap unless asked. No hot water till 7 am. Had a terrible stay. Never again in this hotel.

We arrived a little before the check in time of the hotel and they left the hotel at their schedule time. Our children with us and getting very irritated. Housekeeping is not done everyday. Maybe it is not known. Overall avarage experience.

Room was so tacky, smell was there, only one charging point, curtains were like that they were never washed location wise it is good reception staffs are nice they only need to maintain properly the rooms

Good stay and there is no difficult to find out the location. But need to improve the room service and housekeeping

Hotel staffs are very unprofessional & very rude. My breakfast was included but at first they denied and afterward they said breakfast is included for one person, though breakfast of my wife and son was included. Breakfast is of one item & no option is available. Room was not clean. Actually i think they clean the rooms very irregularly. No wifi. No amenities are there. Very worst staying in the hotel.

food is tasteless and for every small thing, they ask for cash money, smell in toilet, floor is dirty, fixtures are very old and torn, tv is a box type

Front office is very friendly. Room is neat and tidy. Hotel location is in the middle of the town. Only tv sets need to be replaced.

It was good but average. There was a tiny hole in the bathroom and and we cannot see our favorite channel's and one more thing they did not have a washbasin in outside the bathroom, so we want to enter the bathroom to wash hands. The room was too tiny. The tv was an old one.

The room facilities are good but they are not properly cleaned during the stay!

I was stayed in Mareena regency which was excellent day in my life.

Bad service no complementary water

Not hygiene. Not good behavior from staffs. I was not satisfied with staffs behaviour.

I have stayed for three days therein non ac room should maintain the room clean and they should provide room service for cleaning 24 hrs at any time. Only they have 5-6 space for car parking.

When i reached there is no booking for us that's we have already booked the hotel. So they tell me to pay more for others room booking. I have no option so i have paid more for one stay. In future i will not recommend to stay this disgusting hotel. Rooms are not clean and washrooms.
