Review Of Riritana Resort Residences, Dabolim

I booked room based on location mentioned in make my trip. I have searched for Goa airport and booked in Dabolin airport but my flight was from Manohar airport. I have not stayed and no option to refunds. I lost trust in this site

Parking is not well lit. first time the kitchen was well stuffed. this time utensils were less. onsite staff is very cooperative

AC was not working and after 2 hrs struggle with them finally we left the room and book another hotel. Really pathetic.

The stay was nice. Allotted flat was very nice with equipped with all family household. The facility provided are as per my expectaions

Property is very well maintained with all required facilities.

The stay was way shorter than anticipated due to the delay in our flights. We wish to book the same property again. Big thanks to the caretaker who took care of our needs like transportation. He deserves to be rewarded handsomely. Thanks for the lovely memories you guys gave us.

Its a service appartment it has a small queen bed not enough for family with kids so i had to sleep in hall on single sofa the curtains are not blackout so you can't sleep in early mornings also. Overall it's a residential society apartment overall service from the service appartment company is good but it's not suitable for family

The stay was very comfortable. All amenities were present in the apartment. Food delivery was also available. Overall, a good stay.

We got poolside 1 rk, society is new, very good, and maintained, however in rooms, there were many cockroaches then we shifted to another room where ants surrounded us. Also, the area is still developing and doesn't look safe in the evening to go around. No daily cleaning for rooms, no towels and no good toiletries, very basic facilities for the cost charged! given caretaker for help! the property is near to airport and goamiles cabs come for pick up.

Excellent room and good service. All the items on the room are very good. Nice to stay with family.

Simply avoid any apartment in tata rio. The apartment is in a gated society and is managed by a different agency. On reaching we saw that our room was changed by them. The toilet was dirty. Linen and towels were of poor quality. The internet and tv was erratic and needed to be constantly recharged and restarted. And to top it we just couldn’t rest at all on the 2nd night as the flat above had a party going on till 1:30 am. Basically it is totally mismanaged. Despite booking for three nights we just checked out after the second night as we did not want to totally ruin our stay in goa. So just avoid this place.

The property was very well maintained and at just 10 min drive from airport. It's located in central goa and visiting both north goa and south goa is convenient. The food can be ordered through swiggy or zomato

Room was neat and clean. Checkin and checkout were good. Overall good experience. Location wasn’t the best but good enough.

The location is very far from beaches. U need to travel a lot. Food u need to order from outside. Microwave, toaster open oven water purifier and hot water kettle gym swimming pool available

I highly recommend here to stay. It’s in south goa & it is a very sophisticated place with such good amenities. Rooms are clean and neat. Our host was very helpful. Toilets are super clean. You can have an ample parking space with this room. Also you can cook here as they have provided all the kitchenware.

The room provided by trip-villas luxe was very good, they had taken care of all the basic amenities and everything was available plus the staff was also helpful, however the internet was not available which was informed to them, the staff was very helpful and definitely next time i would again book with tripvillas. A very good experience. Cheers

If you are visiting goa to spend some time near the beaches, then this place is a strict no. Flat is comfortable but 806 had only one functional bathroom, the other bathroom had a huge leak from the geyser and was not usable. Toiletries should be carried us. Even towels were missing from 2 flats. However, flats were kept clean enough.

Our stay at trips-vile goa was excellent. We had a spacious big apartment complex with excellent parking facilities. The single bedroom house was equipped with modern amenities, making our stay very comfortable. It was an excellent experience overall.

One of the best in goa. Highly recommend especially for a long stay. A very calm and quite place ideal for families to stay peacefully.
