The bathrooms were in terrible state, was not worth the money i paid. The oven was not working. The basin was dirty and there was a weird smell in the room which went after the worker sprayed some freshener. The sitting area had broken sits.

It was a good stay but experience some issues like bed room door was locked and it was taken 2days to open it and the room was not upto the budget

I stayed at this hotel in South Goa and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. 1. The entire place was dusty. 2. We asked the caretaker to change our room, and he moved us to another one, saying the previous room had been closed for a long time. 3. The second room was cleaner, but there was an uncomfortable vibe. 4. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking the caretaker multiple times, he kept saying the recharge was over and it would be fixed in 10 minutes. We even called him late at night, but he didn’t respond. 5. At check-out, we asked him about the Wi-Fi issue. He said, "If it didn’t work, what could I do by picking up the call?" Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Great experience family was happy too

Stay is so cozy and very comfortable. Rooms are accurate as shown in the pictures. Sunil is one of the staff members, he very polite and helpful. My overall experience is great in this stay. You can book it without any doubt.

We had booked a 3bhk unit and had a great fun at this stay. We also went to pool, it was so clean and beautiful. Staff was helpful. But ac in one room was not working. All other facilities were good. Great place to stay with a group

The room was terrible and unclean. Locks were not working and the electricity was uncertain. The staff there was extremely helpful, won't deny that, but overall the stay was rather unpleasant. it was dirty. The furniture had termites

Bed sheets were dirty. We stayed for 2 nights and bed sheets were not changed the second day upon request. Sunil from reception said they change bed sheet only once in 3 days.

Description says 8 mins walk to beach. Beach is almost 2. 2 kms far. I think only bolt can walk that fast. False or wrong information

We stayed here for 5 nights and never felt as if we are staying at a hotel. We were very comfortable during the stay as we had carried almost all essential items and did not require much intervention from staff but the rooms and bed are quite comfortable and we felt like home. On whatever instances we asked help from staff (sunil) he was attentive. Thanks to corine to make sure our basic needs were taken care of. We were quite sceptical seeing the past reviews but this place solved our purpose of coming to south goa. We got a lot of peace without any intervention. A bit more attention to overall aesthetics and beautification of the place will surely help but for me it was a very comfortable stay and i do look forward to come here again.

Very nice good experience stay like a home staff is very helping and supportive. Good value for money. Next time will definitely prefer this place
