Review Of Richus apartment

The stay was amazing. It was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, hall and kitchen with all the amenities such as refrigerator, washing machine etc. The owner Richard and his mom dad are very helpful and kind. Will surely recommend anyone who are visiting Kochi.

I booked for 11 people but got the rooms with double beds. It can host max of 6 people only. The second floor was not permitted for me but charged by make my trip. I paid 5200+. Each floor costs 2600 only

I recently stayed at Richu's apartment for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Positives: The apartment is spacious, with well-maintained rooms. One of the bedrooms has an attached bathroom, while the other bathroom is common, making it convenient for a family or group stay. The dining space, though compact, is sufficient for a comfortable experience. The kitchen is also adequately equipped for basic cooking needs. The host and his son were courteous and accommodating, offering to arrange or order food when required. The food provided was of excellent quality. Areas for Improvement: While the listing mentioned Wi-Fi availability, the username and password were not provided despite multiple follow-ups with the owner. This could have been managed better by displaying the credentials on a printed sheet in the common area to avoid inconvenience for short-term guests. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils, knives, and other essentials, which could be enhanced for a more self-sufficient stay. Sugar was provided in limited quantity, and salt was not available at all. Basic toiletries were minimal, with only two soaps provided for two bathrooms. It would be preferable to include a more comprehensive set of amenities such as disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste sachets for added convenience. Conclusion: Despite these minor inconveniences, my stay was comfortable and pleasant. With a few improvements in amenities and better clarity on Wi-Fi access that would further elevate the guest experience at Richu's apartment.

The apartment is really good, if you're a group of 4 then i would say this apartment is comfortable. House owner was really humble and we had a pleasant stay over here.

Stay was really good. The spot was very close to the city yet away from the city crowd. My family enjoyed the locations. The flat had all the amenities we wanted. Overall experience was excellent.
