Hotel’s staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel is just to the point, nearby the market, really good and delicious food. Overall had an excellent experience 👍

Not atall helpful and there’s sooo much miscommunication they have with their own staff that they have to confirm 10 times with their multiple team members. My friend got injured near the pool side and they didnt even provide the medicine or any first aid kit. Someone came and said we can provide haldi milk. That also they didnt bring until we call them multiple times. Rooms are too small and not properly cleaned. No exhaust fans in the bathroom, it was stinking so badly. It was my bday so they told my frens that we’ll send the complimentary cake. My frens called them and told them atleast 4-5 times but still they were unbothered. They called us to provide the breakfast to compensate the whole thing. When we reached in the restaurant the whole staff denied that we didnt make such call. And again wasted our time to confirm this with multiple people. Ridiculous and such a bad experience.

The Food was Good it’s pure veg but service was very bad. Staff was well dressed but lacked compassion and basic courtesy. I had a wound they didn’t do much It was unpleasant they said no for everything also couldn’t arrange any request they told us to Swiggy or blink it and even while checking out asked where the detol bottle was. It was my birthday my wife had requested a cake they gave only two options and said no for anything else they told Swiggy karo. We have been to many 3 stars hotel and never faced such hostile behaviour from the staff the act of fake welcome was very clear I have seen managers shouting at people on the floor there was a presence of unrest amongst the staff on the floor. I paid for dinner it was told a different menu will be shared there was no separate menu and we were told to scan the same menu and select no proper information was given if we selected something we were said no this is not available even they we figured out and ordered but the food was good and that was the saviour otherwise I wouldn’t recommend rate this stay one star food saved it I will never visit this place or recommend it

The stay is ver near to railway station. A 5 min drive to location. The staff was very welcoming. The room was also clean and tidy. The food in Fiori was worth all the hype. Overall our stay at Hotel was excellent.

⭐️⭐️ (2 stars) “I recently stayed at Regenta, Lonavala and honestly the experience was not up to expectations. Rooms were not clean and restaurant washrooms also needed better hygiene. Food quality was not satisfying. During heavy rains, there were frequent power cuts and no proper backup – on our last day we had almost a 2-hour outage. Breakfast timing is till 10:30am but even if you are 1 minute late, staff starts clearing the buffet and refuses ala carte options, which is very disappointing for holiday travellers who want to relax. Service was also very slow whenever we asked for anything. Overall, the property has potential but serious improvements are required in cleanliness, food, service and hospitality attitude.”

We chose a room with a view. There is no view from our room. Food was good. The restaurant staff was hospitable. Location is good.

Amazing property. Although we came bu car, this property is at a walking distance from Lonavla railway station. Property is clean, well maintained, with a gaming section underground. Buffet breakfast is also great! Although once the housekeeping staff entered without knocking

The food was delicious..but they have a common balcony between two rooms so that makes it a little uncomfortable as guests can sneak peek in your room.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We were here to celebrate my mother’s 50th birthday, and the staff ensured everything was managed beautifully. Overall, it was a memorable and well-organized experience
