Below average rooms, pathetic bathrooms and very poor service

Overall it was good Experience. We friends had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient nearer to Koraigad fort which made us easy to get around. While the stay was a bit on the expensive side. We enjoyed Table tennis. Overall, a good experience—would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

As we opted for an indoor private pool it should be covered in the rainy season it was not covered and the water was too cold ,so we could not use it . Because the room was not worth what we paid . And also the room was too congested and there was a mosquito in the evening . Food was also average

we have stayed on this hotel as couple but resort rooms as average and not modernized as promised. ceiling fans not clear . behind Beds so much dust and dirt. TV remotes not working properly. Curtains are not set as properly. Damaged tiles in the bathroom. Bathrooms not cleaned. closet wardrobe tilted towards right

The stay was pleasant the rooms were hygienic, food was okay not great or good but not bad as well. Facilities wise there was only a pool which we did lot use as it was raining. Overall a nice experience.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 of the room was too bad. No hot water. No towel was provided. Called almost 10-15 times for hot water but the problem did’t got solved.

The resort is near to the cliff side and in monsoon its just awesome when you get covered with fog while dining or having evening coffee as well as in the morning. Minimum options to eat, so don’t crib if you don’t get multiple options be happy in what you get to experience. If visiting in monsoon then pack bug spray and mosquito repellent. The staff at the resort are very sweet and helpful.

5 It was a great experience with all the hotels which we book from Makemytrip. We’re so thankful as it made our trip so easy to go.

Food was decent, staff was really helpful but the rooms could have been better. Did not feel that it was worth 6k for a night.

Expensive as per the service they provide, the number given in the google maps is for only registration of your stay, if you ask them any more questions they get irritated and ask to not to call on that number for any other queries. The pool and bathtub had hair even though they gave us on time check in where we reached at 10:30am to ensure that we get proper stay as that stated the pool was not clean. I called on the registration number given on google maps and they said they will request their operations team to check on this for our smooth stay and I ensured that I reminded them this. But still it was unclean. The team at the resort is good but a little adamant as I asked them to clean the floor as there was a little dirt and the person answered with,"abhi toh clean kiya hai sir"(I just cleaned it sir). The room was good but they need to maintain the private pool and bathtub if we are giving that kind of money for it. Loved the complimentary drinks.

It’s beautiful more than pictures, staff behaved good, food was good, pool water very clear, room clean, stay place was very hygiene, day & night view was so so so beautiful ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Location is spot on! Beautiful view and a relaxing vibe.Chef is really good. Although the food is simple and limited options but it’s yummy . Cleanliness and maintenance of the room could be improved. The bonfire at night is a major highlight. Staff is good and helpful. No playground for kids but plenty of space to keep them busy and roaming around. There is table tennis, badminton , chess and carrom

Food was good. Service also good.

Food is very expensive here, however i must say every bite was worth of its cost. It was the most privacy and eipc view location, being fortunate to come here, the only scope of improvement is staff must work in house keeping facilities and cost that was more than heavy on pocket. If it was more affordable i wouldn't even hesitate to come here frequently since money for stay was unnecessarily high. Please work ok affordability, no complaints over facilities offered other than house keeping delays. Overall an awesome stay.
