The stay was beautiful we had a private pool. The early check in didn’t happen but the private pool compensated it. The receptionist Kajal was quite helpful and patient, the restaurant host Kim was amazing woman, very sweet, very calm. Breakfast was amazing but pasta was not good.

Wonderful stay at Arova! Properties location is amazing in between the city but with all natures scenic view...hospitality and services very good.. Food at its Meraki restaurant is also very good. Very nice experience overall... spending time at outside swimming pool side was very cool.

Good Experience
We had a great experience at this property. Great location. Staff here is really helpful and kind with prompt service. Kajal and Kim were very kind to help us with whatever needed. Aakash and Nitin the housekeeping staff were good at room service.Would definitely revisit this property.

Good Stay
The property location is great, in the middle of city but that doesn't bother you with traffic noise. The property in itself is great but some rooms require refurbishment. The food is great in taste as well as quantity. The staff is very responsive and is always ready to help.

All in all good family stay.
Nice and calm place at convenient location in Lonavla city. All Rooms were well maintained. Staff was cooperative. Good for family. Food was alright not so great at expensive cost. My kids were expecting better indoor/ outdoor games activities.

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Improvements Needed – Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern, Lonavala We had a truly enjoyable stay at Arova Woods Zinc Journey by The Fern in Lonavala. The property is well-maintained and offers a peaceful ambiance—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were courteous and polite, and the service was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. There is a bit of room for improvement—specifically, the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy and didn’t seem to be well-maintained. Hopefully, this can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, we had a lovely time and would still recommend this property for a comfortable and refreshing stay in Lonavala.

One suggestion for improvement would be to look into the drainage system, as there was an unpleasant odor from the toilet drain at night. Addressing this would make the stay even more comfortable.

groupNice old world charm kind of resort, lot of greenery. Small resort but nice feel. Close to main areas but yet inside from main road but still very quite and peaceful. Bf is very good quality. Room sizes are small, some rooms have large attached balconies that can seat 5 people at a time. Oven fresh restaurants just walking distance right next to this resort. Parking space limited and little cramped too.

Property was average. Not at all value for money. Wall paint was peeling. Mold stains on bed. Room size small. Porch area full of dust. Rusted dustbins in washroom. Considering the 10k + charge, the room condition could have been better. Swimming pool was well maintained and the only highlight of the property. Property is difficult to locate from main road.

Very expensive as per their worth. 2. 5 star rating.
We have opt of zuper dlx. But room was very small. This caused suffocation. Balcony was big, but for no use. Ac was not working properly. Dinning room was small with limited breakfast food item options. Very expensive as compared to there overall services. Not worth to give money as they charge per day.
