Hotel was good. But interior was old. Hotel layout is not good. Conference rooms was pathetic. Breakfast options were limited. Good scope for improvement

The rooms were big and clean and the complimentary breakfast was great . We were given a deluxe room which had two sofas and was very spacious

Horrible food and staffs . The buffet was charged and why they offered was one noodle and one gravy and one custard in small sauce cup!! Is that a buffet you call.!! The room were okay but towels were torn and dirty .. the corridor carpet were smelling so not book if you want to wake up and smell

Had a very pleasant stay. worth the money. All the staff were very nice, specially a Evana in the restaurant area. If something is bothering you just have to ask for help. And they were up for it. immediate problem solvers. The location is okay. Very near to the VFS. Go for it.

All in all, our stay was delightful. It’s a wonderful place for couples looking to unwind, enjoy good food, comfort, and service without over the top frills. We'd happily recommend this hotel and would consider coming back.

The stay was short but I had a wonderful expression right from Check-in. Ms. Supriti handled all my checkin request and preferences with patience even though the hotel was full. I think people like her truly make the customer experience great. Kudos to her and the team.

The room was not at all as shown in pictures. Age of property showing everywhere. Toiletries are sub standard. Room was closed and not used from multiple days and not fresh for 4 star property

They took extra 1000 payment by forced. They claiming Towel and Bed cover was spoted by something. Behavior was very poor. We are regular client of Yours

The location is spot on, so are the staffs. The only suggestion would be improvement in the buffet and the amenities in the room as well as bathroom, like basic crockery & basin towels.
