Review Of Peerless Hotel Kolkata

I had booked for double occupancy but due to some medical reason my companion could not travel and eventually I availed it on a Single occupancy basis. I requested the property to adjust the difference as credit towards dinner, but it was refused.

Prime location with great Legacy and unparalleled culinary options.. what definitely needs to improve the service levels to global standards..

The location is very prime, the facilities and staff are awesome, must try once,the journey will be worth it.

hotel rooms have been renovated and worth the money paid, breakfast - options are limited and quality and taste needs improvement

Ac liking bed smell coming from sewer also wash basin water not going in drain

An iconic hotel at a prime location. Unfortunately service needs to more proactive approach.. The service seems to be deteriorating over a period of time..

Very disappointed with my stay at The Peerless Hotel. The reception staff and duty manager behaved very rudely and unprofessionally, and even the food order staff were unhelpful. Only the cleanliness was good, but the poor staff behaviour completely spoiled the experience. Rating: ⭐⭐

Property is excellent and very well maintained , rooms are clean. variety of food served in meal though I only opted for breakfast in my package. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Very bad experience at Hotel Peerless. They shifted us to another very bad and dirty hotel due to overbooking. this hotel had no room service. I would never recommend this hotel.

A/c not working, changed room thrice in 3N stay at midnight..Despite highlighting to Manager no response

The hotel is very good. It is centrally located. Indian Museum is just 5 mins walking distance. The area has a number of shops and street vendors selling clothes, shoes, etc. Victoria Memorial and other places are also close by. It is very easy to get taxi to go anywhere from here. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The food at the Oceanic is excellent and hotel guests get 40% discount. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10am. They allowed us to keep the luggage in the hotel and go for sightseeing. We came back later to occupy the rooms. They allowed late checkout also. Overall we had a very good experience. We will surely consider this hotel for future and recommend to others.

Pleasant stay. Great experience. Stay was comfortable. Food is good. Ambience is awesome. Good part of it is its prime location. Staff is extremely cordial. Over all excellent experience.

Property is good But service is very slow and more expensive food staff is good rooms are good nice stay

Well a lot of construction is going on and then they gave me a room which was very nosey and filled with smoke because in the other room party was going on at 10.30 ....food quality was very bad 👎....any way it's my mistake in choosing the wrong location ....had to choose holiday inn which is inside the campus ....over all a bad choice .

My one of fav hotel in Kolkata whenever I go to the city my home place is peerless

Poor, mainly because of the washroom structure is very much irritating. Check in time should be 12pm not 2pm, 2pm is quite late.

Pathetic service, 12 o clock check in, no one cares if u arrive early. Very limited in room dining.
