Services for hotel guest were limited due to wedding bookings. The restaurant was not available due to private booking, only room service.

Poor food quality. Essential amenities not available in bathroom. No welcome kit provided during check in.

Hygienic rooms, well maintained, Polite Staff. Healthy breakfast and other amenities were also good.

Hi, my name is Shalu. I have recently travelled to Kolkata and stayed in Regenta, which was a great experience. I travel for my business was extremely good and the staff is also. Very the food was also amazing. I tried local dishes over there which was delivered. It was a great stay.

The location was easy to find. The food is good and the room is maintained pretty well.

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and professional, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was well organized, and the service made my stay pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

Staff behaviour was poor, especially in the reception. They say something first and will say later they never said anything like that, this happened twice

Stayed for 2 nights on business trip. Room maintenance was bad. 1. There was no paper roll in the toilet 2. No hand wash liquid/soap 3. Main door doesn’t close properly and need to be pushed hard 4. Hot water/cold water regulator handle doesn’t move easily . Big time effort to turn it 5.Dokhka kept in the breakfast Buffet was not fresh . Disappointed .

Hotel is not properly. Have an abilities like I don't found the soap in the bathroom and cleanness is okay, but basic amenities are not there. Toothbrush is not there. Shaving cream. These are not there bro is not there. I think has to manage these things as they're charging heavily for this properties, thank you.

The location is good , very nice quite locality just off the main road . The food is good and breakfast spread is decent. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are good size but the furniture looks old and little worn out. it needs an upgrade. Very good for families and business trips. Overall very good value for money.

The amenities were good but service was horrible. Check in time was 1 but we got 1:30. Bathroom lock was not working. Food prices are even over priced than Novotel

Pathetic staff service both at reception and during stay. Even basic amenities like toiletry kit, bath towel were to be asked. Hand towel was missing. Pathetic staff service.
