Good hotel nice to stay,,,staff are good and caring thank you 😊😊but one thing AC is leak sometimes,,water is coming out,,, everything is perfect

Good location, clean. Wifi not available in room at 3rd and 4th floor.

Just an okay place for a night if traveling solo, no proper parking for cars bike is fine. It's on the side of a small lane and the opposite side is a garbage dumb with rat infestation.

It’s nice, room is well maintained neat n clean, but ac has not more cooling power, staff service is nice, washroom neat n clean, towel provided bed sheets are ok fine, room cleaning service also good, everything will be okay, thankyou make my trip for this hotel at best rate thankyou

Nice stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are friendly very near to ernakulam south railway station.

Rooms are good and neat, and the only issue is no hot water.

This room was very congested. Was not able to take bath due to congestion. Cl-asset cover was not there. One person told as 24 hours hot water, that tap was dry. When i asked that they arrogantly answered as no hot water. It is very disappointed for me for the given money.
