I had higher expectations when booking this property, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. There was no one at the reception during check-in, which created an unwelcoming and disorganized first impression. Upon entering the room, I encountered several hygiene and maintenance issues. There were cockroaches present, which was deeply concerning. The television was not operational, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the room was infested with mosquitoes, making the environment quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, further adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the room did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance, which was very disappointing.

Spacious and clean rooms with ample space for parking was available. The location was spot on near fort kochi and near to water metro.

It was a decent stay. Loved it!

The room was very small. I booked the room for 3 people but I don't get an extra bed. And the behavior of the staff was terrible.

The dual room type facility served our purpose of staying together while travelling, all along. Happy that we could pick this up. Only negative side is its location, somewhat interior and congested area but good overall.

The property was not as expected. Its not an Hotel. Its more like a home stay. I had wait for one hour for a bed coffee. You can cook your food. Its a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Its not worth the money. You can get much better rooms at Fort Cochin for the said rent

The stay was very good and they kept the rooms are very clean and neat. Have the facility to cook also and the location also very near to the beach and port. We are booked 4 rooms and 11 members are stayed in wonderful environment. The staff are very much cooperative and good services.

The rooms are neat and clean. The room services are also good. The guests are well received and room was allotted immediately. The cost of rooms are costly compared to other places I give 4. 8 out of 5.

Good and had wonderful stay! Great ambience to stay. Staff being very cooperative and making the stay more energetic. Facility, could be referred for a great and wonderful home stay environment. I had great time focusing on my job without any hassle from the city clutches.

The staff are really down to earth people. Very helpful management. The rooms are neat and well maintained. The facilities are good. The food was the only thing missing. Overall a very hospitable to stay.

It is a service apartment like facility. Easily approachable to Fort Cochin. Rooms are well kept. The bathrooms are very clean. The person in charge of the property, was very cooperative. Only free breakfast was not included in the price. Otherwise value for money especially for those who are going with the family
