they dont provide complimentary water bottle n blankets are not clean also. location wise nearer to sea beach.

the overall experience in this hotel is terrible...zero cleaness..zero hygiene..stay in top floor with no lift services.. very bad experience for family trip..

It was Nice experience with Reba beach Resort . Room was clean and staff were highly professional.

the place is a little far from the beach 5 minutes away. the room that I had booked was super deluxe. The room was clean. the only problem is that early in the morning the cleaners disturb you at 7.30 which can be disturbed in sleep. The staff are extremely cordial , behaviour is too good. service is prompt. when it comes to food I was disappointed. The food is extremely poor. for a bengali food is very important. the breakfast is fairly better. Overall for me average. they should appoint a bengali cook. note - we come from a family that eats well on a regular basis and stays in an excellent household.

I have booked a Super deluxe room in hotel reba beach resort in puri using Make my Trip and when I reached to hotel at 8 AM and they said no voucher received and then they given room which is not at all super deluxe room when I told it not super deluxe room as per description mentioned on make my trip site. Then they said yes it's not a super deluxe room we do not have vacant. then I said how then it showed in make my trip and I booked. they simply told we don't know. so suggest such a big travel site please check before mentioned /Tie-up such fraud hotels If will still experienced same in future then ensuring I will not book any hotels from this travel site and my colleague also.

I'm really disappointed that the hotelier booked our room on the 4th floor which doesn't have a lift. it's really pathetic. The only plus point is the beach is nearby & in room restaurant service is good

Stay was great .. food is also good .. blankets are not clean smelly ones.. overall a nice experience .. please make a lift getting up and down from ground floor to 2nd is tough for elderly people.. and the caretaker bapi da is a very helpfull guy .. highly recommend
