    Terrible Stay

    biswa r.family with 2 kids

    My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the staff was unresponsive, and the basic facilities were either broken or poorly maintained. The hygiene standards were terrible, and the service quality was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
