Need to pay for the pool rooms are not cleaned properly stains are everywhere wifi not working no room service bathtubs are broken

room is very beautiful interiors and clean ful, service boys very helpful,wifi is very fast running,400 mtrs from sea beach view hotel , swimming pool water 💦 is very clean

Horrendous Experience– Never Booking Again! We booked a family trip to Puri in December, expecting a smooth and pleasant experience. What we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. Our group included a senior citizen, four people in their late 50s, three kids under 5, an 8-year-old child, and four adults. assigned us a homestay that looked great, but the reality was shockingly different. We arrived at the property around 11:00 PM only to be greeted with chaos. Instead of a single unit or adjacent rooms, they allocated us three separate flats on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th floors. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working! No one was available to assist with our luggage, so we had to drag it up multiple flights of stairs, including for our senior citizen and young children. The condition of the flats was appalling—filthy, damp walls, water pooling on bedroom floors, and dead insects scattered everywhere. It was clear the rooms hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Repeated calls to the property manager went unanswered.
