Everything was good but room services were a bit delay.

good location congested road but beach and jagannath temple both are at short distance rooms are clean food of kiran restaurant is good room service is good

Room size is good with 2 windows for ventilation. Staff is cooperative. Close to Jagannath Temple and Beach. Only one problem I faced - Fan make noise and speed control button is not working. Rest all is well.

Hotel is situated in a congested area. Hotel has a resturant. But food is not hygieneic. Hotel service men are not friendly, very bad behaviour.

pathetic Experience.. this is absurd and realistically unethical , unprofessional, indecent activity of the hotel. first we tried to reach the hotel but couldn't reach due to curfew and secondly hotel asked to park our vehicle 2 km away from the hotel. thirdly when in exhaustion, we tried to on the AC , ac didn't worked. the guy from the hotel tried to on but still didn't worked. The hotel simply left us in the room with humid , high temperature of 29 degree of the air conditioner, didn't upgraded the service as a sign of courtesy and later we called to the hotel that we are suffering from exhaustion and suffocation, they didn't responded. They took full money but we suffered the whole night and now they are telling that we stayed in the hotel so they can't refund or adjust the money. such unethical people rather I ll call them thief and fraudster.

restaurant is too smelly and full of flies. coffee was very pathetic. milk coffee was too much watery and it seemed it had curdled milk.

This was one of the worst stay I have experienced so far. I booked a room online for 3 days. Firstly, they don't provide room service. The staffs who work there are terribly unprofessional including the manager. For the manager it is more important to talk over phone than to attend the customers physically. My wife got sick on the 1st day at night and there was no water flowing from any of the taps, I called in the reception 3-4 times but nobody picked up the call instead next day when I told the manager about it he said "Nobody else complained, how can it be?" as if we have not paid for the stay and we are not their clients so our complain is not valid. I hired a scooty on rent for 3 days. The manager was such an unprofessional person that he was not allowing me to keep the scooty inside the hotel premises just because it's a rented one and not my personal vehicle. The restaurant staffs also had a very bad attitude altogether. We are not at all happy with the property and the stay. The hotel is far away from the sea beach. They have proved that opening a hotel in a tourist place and sitting there doesn't make you professional service givers. A lot of education and practice with respect is needed.

Though staff was very particular and prpfessional jn terms of Chevk In and Check out time but services were poor. We just asked for spoons and were denied saying reataurant is closed. Literally it was pathetic. Rooms were decent but corners were not cleaned properly and spider webs were there in all corners and one on bed side as well.

Hotel room was good and comfortable. Good behaviour of staff. Sometimes they can't abide by their own rules and regulations. Very conjusted and narrow road. Car parking problematic. Between Shree Jagannath temple Dakshin dwar and Swargdwar sea beach. No calmness outside hotel. In house food is average. Many dishes are in menu, but not available. Little bit untidy

The hotel is situated in between Jagannath temple and Sea Beach. 5 min walking distance to sea beach and 10 min walking distance to Jagannath temple. Hotel staff behaviour was good and they maintained cleaning everyday. The food inside the restaurant was good. Room was not clean at all. You’ll get much better room for the same rate in different hotel. The location of the hotel is really good if your main aim is to visit the Jagannath temple.

I stayed there for 2 nights .check-in experience was good.Staff is rude, they don't care of their guests.. Although temple is about 700 mtr nd beach is also like this..food was below average..After paying huge amount, this type of service is not expected. My train was for early morning 5:45 AM and in advance we informed the hotel manager about the same that we will leave at 5:00 AM but when reached down the boy incharge didn’t open the main gate as he was insisting i will check the room first and when we came down it was 5:20 ….and my husband insisted that let us book auto please atleast open the main gate you go check meanwhile……but he didn’t listen for 5:45 train we were forced to leave at 5:30 just because he didn’t woke up early…..very bad and rude behaviour……

Hotel cheated me in breakfast money. I already paid money while booking time and hotel collected money here also
