Raghunandan Residency Puri

I stayed at Raghunandan Residency recently, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Pros: The hotel staff were very polite and courteous throughout our stay. That’s the only positive we experienced. Cons: The room was not clean; there was fungus on the ceiling. We encountered insects like centipedes falling from the AC and even lizards inside the room. AC and geyser controls were not in our hands; we had to call the staff every single time to switch them on. TV had no working channels. No in-house catering — food was arranged from outside, and there was no tea or coffee service. The biggest issue was the complete lack of mobile network inside the room. For two days, we couldn’t make or receive any calls, which was very inconvenient. While we truly appreciated the polite behavior of the staff, the overall facilities, cleanliness, and comfort were far below expectations. Not recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Puri.

only manager behaviour is good otherwise hotel quality is too poor mainly there entrance is too horrible and room is like prison. if any one want to go there then please book deluxe room according to there openion that room is the best room in thire hotel. otherwise standard ac room is to small and it's feel like they are kidnapping you and just close the room it's too small and suffocating. but after requesting the manager give us a deluxe room which is good or not so good for one person is good but not for two. so in my opinion please don't go there don't waste your money you can get other hotel in the same price or small difference.

Property is very near to sea beach ( 3-4 mins walking distance). The manager and other staffs were highly cooperative. We had to extend our stay by 1 day, they allowed it easily. The cleaning and hygiene maintenance is very good. overall the stay was very comfortable.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.

property is near to the beach, staff is really coperative and it was value for money stay. good place to eat nearby... property is clean and well maintained

there is no proper ambience like hotel look like a home and poor property.statuated in narrow lane and very petty bathroom. they are not serving proper breakfast they don't have restuarant. very tough to stay rate is very higher than spot price they have booked at very higher rate it not more than rs 1000/ day.

The service was good. But wifi isn't in good range. Network is very poor to connect people. We are staying at 2nd floor & intercoms wasn't working.

Not upto the mark

Very congested lane. Very different to find. Room is so small that you cannot keep your luggage. Bathroom is also small. A healthy person cannot bathe freely. No packaged drinking water provided. No restaurant in the property. Not recommended. Only positive thing is it is walkable distance from beach.

The property is not too far from the beach and near the main market too. Totally recommend if you want to stay near the market and beach with an average budget.

Location was excellent, manager behaviour and staff is very good, cleaning and hygiene are good

The rooms are neat and clean, behaviour of the employees and manager is really very good. And the best thing about the place is it's location. The hotel is near swargduar beach, market place and as well as jaganath temple is a little far but can be covered by walking.

Overall, this residency exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, privacy, and memorable stay. I can't wait to return!

Ist is this hotel is situated at narrow bad gali. Room is not proper feeling like that hotel room. In our room, bathroom is not attached with inside room. We are not satisfied with stay at this hotel.

For one night it’s ok bathrooms are too small. Staff behaviour is good and near to sea beach that is the advantage. Bit over priced.

All are good, bathroom isn't much cleaned and network issues are extremely. If you're buisness man you'll face loss due to not able to use phone.

Good for bachelor's, no parking not for family at all.

The room is little overpriced and had some flaws like the bed are so stiff and the bed sheet were dirty on arrival rest it's an desent room the checkin was at least not denied

Terrible and horrible experience. No sufficient water supply, no wash basin, non functioning geyser, toilet size is too small rather smallest in the world.
