I can't receive my bill

Property good. But booking through mmt give just ok room even after paying full price.

The property was well maintained, courteous staff but pricey. They should either reduce the tariff or provide additional facilities like free breakfast etc.

The property was nice and huge but overly priced. Ideally in this tariff they should offer free breakfast if not breakfast plus lunch/dinner.

Good service and good was tempting

Good food, nice place, peaceful from hustle bustle of cities.

Hotel situated at the top of the mountain, go if you like location but the hotel need to improve its room facilities and good service, extremely costly food but quality is not that good. Hotel hired local people as staff they don't know how to behave with customers.

There were no landmarks or direction showing things on road. Maintenance of room, accessories requires attention. Rest all was good.

Beautiful view and nice place to spend time with your family. Only issue was with return ant. Food was okay but service was poor. Also place more sign board on the way to resort.
Service at restaurant was really slow. They need to improve that.

Food was tasty, its just that if you were staying in fort it requires a lot of effort to reach restaurant. One may take cottage rooms.
Fort rooms were not that frequently occupied, hence it become scary sometimes. Also there was no room service, so you have to get down to reach restaurant. View was breathtaking, pool not so good, although food taste was really amazing and it was not that costly. One may go for a long walk in mornings and evening to enjoy weather.

At class location but services are poor, no food at outside and even in rooms.

It's an awesome property to enjoy the mountain's beauty. Service was up to the mark. Food quality was good. They even arranged a Complimentary cake for our Anniversary. Very well maintained fort and their guide was also having complete knowledge about the Fort. Overall will give 4. 5 Star to the Property.

Not at all good service was very delayed and surrounding were dirty, quality of food was OK. Spa and gym was not available. No outdoor games. No room service. No check-in at 12 pm. You can only check in at 3 or 4 pm.
