Worst service very dirty

Most unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, horrible food. Not suitable for families to stay. Since it was non refundable we were forced to stay

Food is just okay not up to the marks. The toilet had cool water and no hot water facility for the bath. Tv tata sky subscription not working. Staff is okay okay, never picks calls when ordering but yeah somehow they do.

The location of the hotel was not good, it was deserted and on the highway. Service was good. Staff behavior was also good. Cleanliness was also good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The rooms, the linens, the furniture, the bathrooms and so on. Everything was too dirty With pathetic staff, food and services. They want money first which was already paid like they knew that customers can quit after seeing the reality. I can't stay there for free.
