Horrible services offered by appartments. No cleaning, bad smells and many more that i can't tell. Everything is very unprofessional poor.

Property was good. Food was ok. But not good and location is little bit far away from mapusa.

This is my third stay in raj exortica reason for choosing this is food, beverage and beach everything is nearby b 104 room needs to upgrade with kitchen equipments specially no plates and spoon available rest everything is cool

The food is really affordable and such great quantity and quality as well

If you are a couple or bachelor, you can stay here definitely. But if you are a family, you would not like to see the patches(fungus due to dampness) on the ceiling. The rooms were damp and i feel this can be improved by using absorbia in each room which would not leave the room moist. Overall good rooms and staffs were responsive. The caretaker was welcoming.

Ac was not at correct area in kitchen/hotel

Comfortable and quiet place. Restaurant serves good food and has an extensive menu. Close to the beach and other places too. Easy to hire a car.

We loved every bit of our stay at raj exotic palms. Large clean rooms and an equally great location. ) the anjuna and vagator beaches and all related restaurants are very close by. 5 stars

The location was calm and centrally located. The kind of cleanliness, facilities and security they provided were good. The property was very neat and clean. The caretaker was nice and friendly. The rooms were big and comfortable. I want to recommend this property to others.
