Very comfy satisfied room was neat and clean food was delicious washroom was yp to the mark satisfactory

Pathetic experience. Already booked king size bed not provided, the person did not join twin beds properly. No drainage system working in wash basis. No body wash was there in bottle kept in bathroom. No bathroom sleepers provided.

Terrible service terrible room.The front desk staff were extremely rude as they didn’t provide me with an early check in despite low occupancy, i was forced to sleep on a sofa with my son plus the breakfast buffet was stale and had no taste, also no room upgradation was provided as it was mentioned when i booked .A 2star hotel has better room and view than Raddison .

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

It was my first time in Radisoon Blu Jammu, i was there for my bestfriend’s bday, our stay was terrible, the staff was neither cooperative nor helpful at all, and they were doing everything by stating hotel policy, i stay in 7 star hotels, it wasnt my 1st time in a hotel, and i know what hotel policies are and what not, i stayed there for 2 days, and booked 2 rooms, i have MMT Gold membership, still i didn’t feel like i was heard and given justice, all i feel is my money got wasted by stayingin Radisson Blu Jammu, and i will never visit there again and also will ask my friends and people to not go there.
