We've been there almost three times, and the last two times we've checked in, we've always had problems with the beds. When we asked for a king bed, they always gave us two single beds, and when I called them after getting into the room, they sent staff after half an hour to combine that bed and change the bedding, and when I laid on the bed, I kept going into the center gap because of the joined bed.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark, food was average, and the air conditioner did not work. Even after a complaint, no resolution was provided, which affected the overall experience.

bahot hi kharab experience raha hai kyu ki reception pe koi thik se bat nai karta,no welcome ,no any staff smile specialy night me jo receptionist .mene make my trip se booking kiya tha usme extra bed and mattress ka koi charges nai lagega aur hotel se golden temple Jane ke shuttle bhi free tha one time ke liye wo bhai nai diya.bad experience.

Average Stay
This was my 5th visit to Radisson Blu Amritsar, but this time the hotel stay wasn't pleasant. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there were tiny glass particles found on the mat, also the basic amenities missing like Hair Dryer, Iron, magnifying glass, Drinking Glass, Food was good, Swimming pool wasn't cleaned, No towels were provided on the pool. Not looking for next stay at Radisson Amritsar for sure

The variety of food is top notch and the amenities are the best .The bathtub, bed, and rest other provide a hassle free stay .The pool is quite big and aesthetic it’s just a little shallow .Overall i would rate my stay 5/5

This is the best property in Amritsar. Very grand, clean, huge rooms, finger-licking food and courteous staff. I will always book this property for my stay and recommend the same to my friends and family.

Terrible Stay
I have to express my disappointment with the hospitality provided during my stay. The lack of courtesy was truly disheartening, especially during a special occasion like my wifes birthday. Even cake was a very big for them to arrange. Got it from zomato fastwr The room was incredibly noisy due to renovation, which made it uncomfortable and disruptive. The rude behavior of the staff they wantes us to ignore noise added to the overall unpleasant experience. The food was not having any local tastw GM was very rude and inconsiderate

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar! The property is beautifully maintained and ideally located close to the airport, yet well-connected to the city center and major attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed with the food – the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the in-house dining was top-notch. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The pool and fitness facilities were excellent too. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Skin infection happened with child in this hotel
I want to raise complaint against this hotel first swimming pool is not clean as dead insect are in the pool ,I watched other bad particles inside the pool ,my child is suffering from skin infection ,I can share his pictures as well on need

Room where not up to mark as Radisson’s Blu legacy. Furniture and Carpet old and dirty. Bathroom fittings were also rusted. All plugs and socket where not supporting adapter for charging.
