Best Hotel For Stay in Amei
The hotel location is bang on with spacious rooms and ample parking. The staff is very good and helpful , piyush & ishpreet were very accommodating and others were very good too. Highly recommended.

water unavailability was a bug let down
The rooms are big, spacious, and quiet, but there is a major issue with water availability. Yesterday morning, there was no water in the taps. When I called room service, they mentioned problems with the motor and pressure pump—it took hours to resolve, leaving us without water all that time. This morning, the water pressure was again almost nonexistent, and management said they were trying to restore it manually. Been couple of hours, now they are saying that we can supply water through buckets only On top of that, the breakfast menu today is completely identical to yesterday’s. The poha looked stale, as if it hadn’t been touched since the previous day.

First of all, the rooms were clean and nice. But the breakfast was offered and had to eat in teapoy and the last day they didn't even offer this asked us to order. But when ordering they didn't had many items. Everything outside the hotel wasn't clear and clean. We had hopes for better atmosphere compared to this place. It wasn't super expensive but still expensive. The atmosphere around the hotel needs to be better to charge this amount for rooms. Will not suggest this to another person

Very Good Location with great staff. Ishpreet at the check in desk was very helpfull and cooperative. Food is also good and rooms are very well maintained. Highly recommended if you want 5 star service with comfort.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the stay but the management was not. I understand there was a blackout order from the government but a power backup to only run a fan could have been given as I slept for four days without any power .

Very good staff
Hotel staff is very good, Hotel is like a old Heritage property. We are specially happy with the staff behavior, they allowed early check-in also take care of our luggage for 3 hours after checkout.
