The hotel staff was very well coming and helped us with arranging transport and other suggestions. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Loved the breakfast and lunch we had there. The housekeeping staff was very polite and the rooms were very clean.

5-star experience! Our stay was exceptional for all 4 days, thanks to the amazing staff. Mr. Somnath's creative towel art (swan & monkey) in our room brought a huge smile to our little champ's face. The airport and golden temple pickup/drop was seamless, and the food was delicious too, courtesy of Chef Vijay and team. Mr. Abhishek's service was top-notch. Highly recommend stay if you are visiting to Amritsar

It was a lovely experience with the hotel and the staff, but the only thing it was missing was the entertainment system the entertainment because the TV was working but all the OTT platforms like YouTube were not working except that everything was wonderful. Very helpful polite that's only thing, thank you so much.

Courtyard visi
I absolutely adored the comfortable environment of Courtyard. My family had a great time staying in the hotel and the food was excellent. I absolutely loved my stay in Courtyard. The room we were in was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The highlight however has to be the food as I cannot emphasize enough how good it was. I've never had better fish in my life and my dad loved the almond blondie in the dessert section. 10/10 would go again.

Poor Stay
room was already too small plus there was a huge pillar taking up whatever little space was there room was damp with moldy smell service was so poor...asked for ice bucket n bottle opener. they brought only ice..had to call twice and by the time they brought opener , the ice had melted. pathetic..doesn't even deserve to be a 2 star hotel

We had such a lovely 3-day stay at Courtyard Marriott, Amritsar. The staff was super kind and made us feel so comfortable throughout our trip. What really touched my heart was the surprise on my birthday—a delicious cake and a beautifully decorated room, all arranged on my daughter’s request. It made the day unforgettable! The rooms were clean, cozy, and everything about the stay was just perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip and my birthday so special. We can’t wait to come back again!

A relaxing visit in the Courtyard
Courtyard really showed us what hospitality means. The staff kept our comfort level to the highest level that was possible and made our visit extremely pleasant. The rooms are well kept and the location is very convenient so travelling to important places in the city is easy and convenient.

Poor Stay
The room was not at all checked prior to allocation.The bathroom was flooded with water and my wife was about to fall.The room had a dingy smell.The cleanliness was not there in the room.There were hairs all overthe floor.

excellent breakfast spread, friendly and helpful concierge, strategically located, rooms were comfortable, liked the rooftop pool and ambient music they played there while I went for a swim

Decent property and a comfortable stay
The entire property and rooms don’t give you a 5 star feel, more like a premium 4 star property. Staff was courteous and good. Food was good and overall a comfortable stay.

rooms need refurbishing, linen and towels need attention.
The rooms are run down, towels and linen are third grade. Not a Marriott grade property. Staff is casual. The property needs to be downgraded to three star.

Good Stay
The experience was really good considering the hotel took care of all the transfers including Golden Temple pick up and drop as well as railway station transfers. The staff at the reception, restaurant, drivers were really very polite and helpful. The location of the property is good too considering its near to railway station and golden temple. Although the buffet served was grand, but the taste of food could have been better.

Terrible Facilites
Terrible stay. We booked a suite room for my husband's birthday. The highest category of room in hotel. The washroom in room was full of smoke smell. The people who stayed before us smoked in that washroom because it was the only place in whole suite without smoke detectors. Secondly- the tap is washroom was leaking throughout the night. The tip of iceberg was we were denied entry to swimming pool for no reason.
