Excellent Stay
Hotel is located at a prime location. Close by to railway station. Readily accessible to Golden temple and Jallian wallah Bagh. Hotel ambience is excellent, peaceful and reminds the Sikh architecture. Restaurant is spacious, food was cooked with love and served hot everytime with no fallacies in its taste. Service was exceptionally good, especially by GSA Ms Uzlifa, who attended us everytime with a smile. Happy to recommend the stay here at Sarovar Premiere, Amritsar.😊

The hotel is good and the food is also good. But the hotel staff is not at all good and courteous. We did not get a welcome drink. When asked, the girl at the reception mentioned that it will be available only at the time of check in. Staff was not even aware about the buffet timings. Even during high tea, only tea or coffee was served, why calling it hi-tea then. The worst part was manager at the reception during check-in. Even the lady was trying to get us available room for early check-in but the manager was keep in shutting her down. We can’t expect such a behaviour from such a reputed hotel staff.

Good hotel to stay at Amritsar.
The hotel rooms were good and room service post closing hours was also good. But the hotel should give complementry pick and drop from Railway stataion/ Airport, like all other hotels of the area.

Excellent Stay
The property was beautiful. Very spacious rooms. Super clean and hygienic washroom. Friendly and warm staff. The showstopper was the on table buffet, the menu was not expansive but the food was lip-smacking.

Terrible Stay
My experience in this hotel is terrible and cannot be expressed in words. Even after paying this much money the things i face will leave a hurtful memory in my heart. First, when we checked it into our room it smells bad and even the washroom was not clean and silt was floting in the pot. And later when i complaint they give me a different room but later in the new room the tub was not wrking nor the flush in the washroom. The wifi was not wrking - overall it was not what i expected even after paying this huge amount. I want you to raise this issue and grant me a refund as the hotel was no as what it was mentioned before booking. FYI- it was not a 5 star as they dont have a certificate of 5star hotel and they self claimed that its not.
