the bed was in terrible condition , the bedsheet , pillow covers and the blanket were wet , the electric kettle was not working , overall a really bad experience, wifi speeds were extremely slow

Extremely Courteous at the check in specially Akshay at the reception, good food extremely good polite prompt and excellent service.

Good clean property and everything was great only, easy check in and has parking space and room service so overall good

Poor Room Service (took 01 hour to get us tea in the room). No welcome drinks after two reminders (despite being mentioned in the voucher). The centre table of the room was not entact leading to spillage of food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. When we checked in, the room was very dirty – it looked like the bed sheets hadn't been changed for days. The air conditioner was not working properly, and no basic amenities were provided as promised. When we asked for a dental kit, the hotel staff simply denied it, saying they didn’t have any available. Since we were a group booking with 5 rooms, we found that the AC was not working properly in any of the rooms. After repeated complaints, the hotel finally changed one room, but the overall experience remained very poor. The cleanliness, service, and maintenance of the hotel were completely unacceptable. Another shocking thing was that the hotel did not even provide drinking water the next day. When we requested water to be sent to the room, they provided it but charged us extra for it! This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Property Rooms are of a good size very comfortable even the room service is excellent many restaurants and shopping centres just in the vicinity the locations is too good of this property
