Location is good in rani bagh just below the foot over bridge
We have a pleasant stay here, nearest railway station is sakur basti, you can order food also, we parked our car on the road where many cars have been parked

The location of hotel is not good otherwse hotel is fine and worth visiting. But staff was rude not welcoming.

THERE WAS NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST
groupWe have been charged for breakfast for 3 individuals for 2 days but we were never served breakfast. And when we questioned this we have been asked to contact oyo for this which was highly unprofessional

Except complementary breakfast, everything was fine. They don't serve breakfast since lockdown.

Room was clean and service was superb. I have booked the room including breakfast and dinner. Whereas, there was no breakfast available with the hotel. Only dinner was provided and it was very good in quality and taste. If they are not providing breakfast, same should be indicated while booking on make my trip.

Average Stay
The room dustbin was not cleaned from the previous stay, the complimentary toiletries were also used. The location of the hotel was in a very crowded and unclean locality with no place for pa rking, the staff was accommodating though.

It was a good stay.
coupleStay was nice. Service was delivered. But the main problem i request for the early check in @10 am. And arrived @1 pm till then also room was not ready. They took another half an hour. There was no water in the washroom. After the request they switch on the motor to foil the water tank.
