Terrible room service. Under staffed. and had to call at the reception twice for everything. and yet, dnt get a mineral water bottle and dental kit at all. Otherwise rooms are specious and comphy.

What are the facilities mentioned are not provided, i have shared the details during check out. 1. mini fridge is not available 2. bath accessories are not available 3. Poor Stay
I have stayed at pushpak resort, a number of times, the stay has always been decent. This time I booked cottage rooms for the first time, and they were shabby, smelly, unlivable for me. I asked them to upgrade the room and had to submit two cottages and pay extra for one family room. The services were very slow, the initial check in, room transfers everything was slow. The restaurant was super slow this time. If visiting to pUshpak resort, don't book cottage rooms and don't go in peak holiday season

Early login should confine to 50% of the day/night charges if we reach the resort little early or stay little late. Bathrooms still better to clean the premises.

The poorest service I have seen in a resort for a long time. Swimming pool looked dirty. There not able to provide vehicle during drop. Rooms maintenance not checked before assigning

Worst Stay, have been to many hotels in Shirdi but this is
Hotel is terrible 1. Rooms were stinking 2. Toilets were dark and in bad condition 3. bucket don't have mugs, shower does not work properly. 4. swimming pool is so untidy and unclean, that u cannot date to get into it. 5. Services are so bad, they don't bother to service u for hours, my intercom was not working, have told to correct since I checked in but they did not corrected it till checkout, was seriously struggling to order or communicate for any issues or orders. 6. terrible, plz think hundred times before going.

Average Stay
Room was not maintained appropriately, dirty swimming pool and garden poorly cleaned. Mosquitoes were a havoc in the cottages we booked. Location is excellent. Services very slow and lack professional conduct. Wifi couldn’t connect in our cottages.

Thanks for asking for review n rating, see property is big n very nicely located centre of city nearby temple. With good ambience. First good part.. food is excellent , complimentry breakfast good variety and tasty food, resturant food is good quality n tasty.. other side. Room hygiene, cleanness , poor , reast room tap is leaking , smell, no exuast fan. Room service, house keeping .. i requested multiple times but my bad. Room is not worth what i paid as tarif. Swiming pool area , no cleaning of water, dirty not hygienic. Overall experience is not good with property. Thanks

Good Stay
It's not one of the best,it's totally the best resort in Shirdi.From the time I booked the resort they have not only given the discount but on reaching the welcome was so good and they gave welcome drink...Sairaj is a wonderful person and he makes you feel at home always. The staff are also wonderful who always helped us a lot.They are always ready to help with any kind of service be it room service or housekeeping. I am very happy and will definitely come back again. I will also recommend this resort to everybody.

Terrible hotel- dirty washroom with stains, patches of dirt all accross floor, stained bed sheet full of hairs, towels torn and stained, shower does not work.... completely unhygenic. Breakfast served some of the food stale

We have received complaints from the Arindam Banerjee end. Guests enjoy all amenities . no issues at property. such as 1.dirty room - allred room is clean. How can a guest dirty a room check in 2.Dirty towels- this is not a towel , this is a foot Clean towel. They use and send use foot towell 3.lack of water supply- full water tap, washbasin, shower and pool . how The guest is demanding a refund.? really we are given gd service, we can't believe guest do this . very sad when thy got full amaneties and service then do this, not fare
Memorable Family Stay at Pushpak Resort, Shirdi
We recently stayed at Pushpak Resort, Shirdi with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids, and had a fantastic experience. The visit was extra special as we were also celebrating my little son's birthday, and everything went perfectly. The resort is well-maintained, and the food was excellent. A big thanks to Sairaj Sir for his warm hospitality and support — the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. We were also able to have a smooth and timely Sai Baba Darshan, which made the trip even more fulfilling. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Shirdi. We’ll definitely visit again!
