Very cosy and comfortable stay. Sai Mandir gate was just opposite to the hotel, so we saved our time of walking. The staff were very good and polite. The food at Madhuban hotel was excellent and satisfied our palette. Overall the experience was awesome.

Good Stay
The hotel rooms were good and clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC had good cooling. The staff were courteous. The restaurant Madhuvan was decent with the varieties of cuisine.

It was a great stay
The staff provided exceptional assistance and generosity, and the overall experience was quite satisfactory. Furthermore, the hotel is conveniently located directly in front of the temple.

Hotel Room Maintenance is Good and Decent.But they follow process without a logic. Making us to wait stating that pet was opted during booking when they see we don't have pets. Delivering cake at the night 11 as complement by disturbing the sleep. Not sure it is a unique or onetime things. Polite and Welcoming Staffs.

Average Stay
Rooms had a very bad door which were not locking at all after complaining new room was given. They have a madubhan restaurant which is very expensive.

Location wise it’s good as it’s exactly opposite to gate no 5. Food is bit costly, facilities provided are okay, good for a family stay

The rooms were neat and clean, and I could see the staff putting genuine effort into providing good service. The stay was comfortable overall. However, the food was quite average and could be improved.

We got room on 2nd floor facing the temple. Location is convenient. Though facing road, there was noise cancelation inside. Room / bathroom was clean and tidy. Staff was courteous. We did not have food here. Fridge was not cooling enough.

My experience at SAIBABA INTL HOTEL
Location- Almost bang opposite Gate no.6 (paid entrance)****** 2 min walk. Ambience- Good Rooms- We had taken deluxe room no.111. Just okay considering the price being charged. Check in time was 2 pm. Since we had checked in early at about 12.30 pm, was charged about Rs.336/- extra, which appeared unreasonable. Bathroom door was making creaking sound while opening, which was irritating. Bathroom tiles need deep cleansing. Staff- Very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Madhuban restaurant- Food- Would recommend poori bhaji. Maharashtrian thali was not up to the mark. Daal khichdi and manchow soup was good. Staff- Very welcoming, courteous and cheerful. Even if the food may not be upto the mark, the staffs helpful attitude covers it. The buffet breakfast was good. OVERALL REMARK- Inspite of all the drawback pointed, would still recommend this hotel, due to the location, the ambience and the staff, also, giving due consideration to the fact that it is the oldest hotel of Shirdi, built in 1981

Poor Stay
Poor quality of room. stuffy rooms. Doors don't close properly. bathroom door doesnt close well and exhaust won't work. the mattress is very hard and the blankets and bedsheets aren't washed well. the only reason. definitely requires immediate improvement in services and quality.

Room cost are not justified at all. Cleanliness is poor. Rooms are very small. Staff are not helpful and specially reception need big improvements. Other than location there is no much benefit.
