Terrible Stay
booked a family stay here with two kids, hoping for a comfortable experience—but unfortunately, it’s been quite the opposite. 🍽️ The lunch served was extremely disappointing: tasteless, overloaded with cream, and the plates had visible black spots. Hygiene seemed neglected, and despite raising concerns multiple times, all we received was a casual “Sorry sir.” 🌶️ Last night’s dinner was another letdown—packed with green chillies, even though we clearly mentioned it was for children. This shows a serious lack of attention to guest instructions and care. We expect a clear and responsible response not just apologies. Families deserve better service

Excellent Stay
Property is located close to temple, and the hotel provides pick-up & drop service to temple. Beautiful property with well maintained garden and swimming pool. Rooms are good. The food is excellent. I have been visiting this hotel for past 19 years.

Good Stay
The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The tips given by Mr.Sagar were very helpful. Overall we had a good experience. The only small negative was that water was not hot enough for bathing.

Location is good.I asked morning alarm but the same was neglected breakfast quality very poor I requsted to give fresh tea it was denied

The stay was a good experience but the restaurant food at Tribe and the service levels require a look in . The last time when I stayed at this hotel when it was managed by Sarova a few years back has become my benchmark hence would give an overall rating of 3 on 5

Location,ambience,property is very exultant but the management and service is very poor. If any good service providers takeover the property it will be the best place in Shirdi.

Had a great stay at the property. Very well managed and staff was very friendly. The veg biryani at their restaurant Tribe was the best. As well as their complementary temple pick and drop service was great.
