Very smooth check in and check out process and stay was very comfortable. They did the pick up and drop to Sai temple every time we visited and followed up with us when we got delayed after night Arthi & got delayed to ensure we are returning safely .. Nice team showing highest level of customer service . We used their travel desk for our local and near by trips and they also did a great service .

The door lock was not working for the room. Had to leave it unlocked while I went for Darshan. Brought that to hotel management notice and they fixed it around 10am

It was very pleasant stay at Hotel Sai Jashan as Sai baba temple was very close to temple, though room was not much spacious for 03 adults but clean & well organized, washroom was descent. Moreover, we enjoyed delicious food at hotel restaurant, our breakfast was complimentary which was too good. Hotel staffs were well behaved. Lot of space for parking your vehicles. We had a great stay at Sai Jashan in during our visit to Shirdi. Hotel provides great amenities and a clean stay. Rooms and amenities were very well maintained. For our booking, the transport provision was great as for every visit to Baba’s temple, we were provided pickup and drop round the clock. They served overpriced, burned food. amenities were poor. The travel desk and cars and drivers provided were atrocious. The travel desk drivers misbehaved with me. This is by dar the worst hotel experience. Staff quality was very substandard. I have visited Goa, Dwarka,Tirupati 4 times, Kamakhya, Puri, Uttarakhand areas, M. P., Tamil Nadu. But this was the worst.

Room is ok- ok , service is very poor and need to improve their breakfast options.Actually when we went to complimentary breakfast there is no items to eat, we really wait over there for 20 min.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Sai Jashan Hotel, Shirdi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The location is convenient, close to the temple, and the complimentary drop facility made our darshan experience very smooth. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and overall, the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shirdi — peaceful, comfortable, and truly value for money!

All staff are friendly and no unnecessary disturbance ,Mr. Shahul atthe reception has been very helpful and Mr Sharad in cab shutting service between the temple and hotel was very helpful.. on the whole it was a happy to help environment by all the staff
